This has to be the cleanest McDonald's with some of the most attentive staff! The play place was immaculate.

On our way to New York, we stopped here and placed an order through the machine since no one was at the counter. We ordered two fish meals with coffee for dine-in. After a long wait, the food was brought in a to-go bag without a tray, and there was no ketchup anywhere. Later, the coffee was served only after we went up to the counter to ask, and it was poorly prepared—filled with just creamer and no sugar. Since we didn’t want to get delayed any further, we left with that bad-tasting coffee.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but after nearly 10 years of attending this McDonald’s and a few recent years of seeing the amazing and efficient staff, I have felt obligated to leave a review.
Tim, one of the managers at this location, is amazing. I have seen him here in the early morning, never standing still. I have seen him during the lunch rush, manning both windows and tag teaming the counter. I have seen him super late at night, where he was one of 2-3 people there, still churning out orders (correctly). There have been multiple occasions where I see him teach/train in real work experiences. I once witnessed a customer berating a counter worker for their drinks being mediums and not larges. You could tell the counter worker was attempting to remedy the situation but the customer just wouldn’t let up. Tim came over and assisted, treated the customer with respect (even though it wasn’t deserved) and then after the customer left, took the time to talk to the employee and make sure they were good and even showed them a good technique on handling similar situations.
Very rarely has my order taken an extended amount of time but when it does, Tim AND the other employees at this location have kept good communication. Very rarely has my order been incorrect, but when it is, it is handled immediately, once again, with open communication.
This is a great location and deserves 5+ stars.

I am giving yall two more days to give me and my sister the money you guys owe us for working that one day we weren’t in the system even though yall could’ve put that day in later in the week cause we had not been scheduled after those two days. We went yesterday to pick up our checks and we get paycards? With no money on them? HA. I still have the day and time of which we worked and not paid for and the text reminding you guys. I’m done with the games. We did not work for free. UPDATE: We were told to wait until 8/20 to receive our pay from that day. Paige and Jason, if we don’t, we will take legal action.

I have never had an accurate breakfast order delivered! Once again, this morning a big breakfast with bacon did not arrive! A sausage big breakfast came instead but with no hash browns! This is at least the 3rd time hash browns are missing. Their breakfast crew must be slim as if I drive thru for lunch or dinner they have been accurate.
These people need a lesson in hospitality.

A mid 50s woman who has been working there full time for a few months (isn't new anymore and should know better) I've just caught openly swearing at the POS, WITH THE INTERCOM ON. She was swearing essentially at customers; this woman forgot how to ring something she rings up for me every night, forgot how to delete mistakes, instead of asking for help, swears a couple times, meanwhile the line is getting out of hand, and she gets so flustered that she suddenly for the first time refers to me as a guy? Where did THAT come from? And yeah this is the only part of this story where I can say Shame On Me: I THOUGHT your app worked right at the moment, so....normally that means I would have paid. I just drove thru window 1 and said hey I'm the person you just called mister. I had no idea I hadn't paid, that's on you folks because your app is unpredictable. That's all I did wrong here. I get to window 2, and she runs to the window, throws it open, RAISES HER ARM LIKE SHES GONNA HIT SOMETHING, and goes HEY MISTERRR YEAAAA YOU FORGOT TO PAY. At that point, I was scared and this wasn't about swearing over the intercom or calling me Mister anymore, now I was scared something was just wrong with her. I will just cease coming to your location. No biggie I mean it's not like there's not minimum two locations of mickey ds in every single town in America.

We were asked to pull over to wait on 3 fries, 2 burgers, and a 10 pc nugget. It took 15 minutes. When I went in to check, workers were on their phones in the kitchen and bagging area. Pretty unsanitary. Food was cold.
