Manger was very nasty to his employees and we paid for extra cheese and got maybe Half cheese but the poor girl at register was getting berated by the incompetent manager who should be fired.

Fry's were cold my order that I paid for a meal was minus the bottled diet Pepsi and Mt Dew store let's the calls go to voicemail and don't respond to messages door dash driver said he asked about the drinks and girl told him there is none......So they don't deliver what you pay for so disappointing I am so thirsty

Staff was great and seemed to work well together. They took my order for four subs and waffle fries, made the food, and I was back out the door quickly. Everything in the order was perfect, even with special requests on each sandwich. The whole place looked clean, including the restroom. Excellent experience!

It was good but we had one regular waffle fry and one large. We couldn't tell the difference in size. We also ordered two kids meals and there weren't many waffle fries.

Ordered thru Doordash, was shorted and order of waffer fries and cheese. When I called the establishment they said that I could come get my missed items. I was not able to ( hence ordering thru Doordash). So I asked them to just reimburse my payment. They said they can't and they will put me on a list and I can get a free fry and cheese. I told them it's not free it's already paid for. The girl said well I can't give out free food.What the heck.What food I did receive was good.
I love this Mr heroes in North Ridgeville! The manager Desi is a sweetheart great staff always makes a wonderful sandwich. I have to say Kelly is pretty awesome too!
Vegetarian options: The veggie subs are delicious.
Parking: Parking is good and like that it's close to home.
Dietary restrictions: Always get exactly what I ordered.

This place has been a favorite for many years. Service has always been great, and the food is excellent. Nice selection of sandwiches and sides. Never had a bad meal. Would recommend!

Horrible service waited 25 minutes after pick up time due to door dash orders our food was not warm at all totally unacceptable service

Oh mr. Hero I read your sign saying that you're understaffed and to please be patient and believe me I really really tried. Came in they were two people already waiting for their food and three people working your Grill sandwich making area and a manager who was cleaning the floor with a mop. It was 8 at night and so perhaps wanting to get out of there by 9 may have been the intention not really sure what time you close but when you have teenagers probably high school students cooking your food you need to be managing them and not disappearing into the back room when you have a line now forming. I was there for almost 30 minutes waiting for to Roman Burgers, I had seen food already in the window ready to go and not being bagged and given to the customers who had already paid and we're just standing there. There was a lot of confusion on the employee Parts with no Management in sight. The lack of management is the biggest issue in this place and their ability to do their job I don't expect much more from high school students they needed Direction and a sense of urgency.
