I ordered the FORE smash cake and matching golf themed cupcakes for my son’s first birthday party. I was so impressed by the quality of both! The cupcakes they designed were absolutely perfect and looked so cute with the cake! Everything was delicious, too! We will definitely be ordering from them again!

Best donuts ANYWHERE! The shop presents beautifully, the staff is knowledgeable, polite and caring with customers. The assortment of donuts is wide, and all of them are delicious. Highly recommended!

I ordered a cake for my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary, and I was highly impressed with the level of service, communication and creativity of the cake. I was so happy with how it turned out, and my parents loved it! HIGHLY recommend this bakery for any special event! I will definitely be back for future events!

Very good donuts and other sweets, but even more impressive is the outstanding customer service and friendliness that is consistently practiced by all team members.

Overpriced average desserts. If you want to waste $15 on 6 donuts then this is the place for you. Nothing special better off going to Giant Eagle. Also, there is one girl that works there that needs help with her customer service skills or should just stay in the back. I’ll never come back cuz of you.

I always loved doughnuts from here before but you can’t get anyone on the phone to put in an order for their doughnuts, inquire what ones they have that day or even order on line. They’re is an answering machine recording but it’s way outdated saying their closed for “Winter break” with the dates being in January, which is weird anyways to be closed for a winter break, and will re-open in the new year… After giving the doughnut another try, they use to be moist but now taste like day old dry doughnuts. They need a different system in place if they really want to maximize $ and not lose out on sells because of these issues. The logistics are a joke and not working for them. It’s also rare for me to post a bad review without giving the benefit of the doubt.

You girls are the BEST!!! Desi’s gender reveal cake was a huge hit! Everyone was talking bout how beautiful and excellent the cake was! You even matched the color of the flowers to her feathers!!! So fun!!!!

Spent a decent amount of money on doughnuts and tossed them after a few bites. Very very dry. Can’t say I’ve ever spit out a doughnut! I have not tried anything else yet.

I am a Westlake resident and a new customer to Mrs. Scott's Sweets. I was so impressed with their sweets upon my first purchase! The donuts are my favorite and I spread the word to other family members. The team there is very sweet too and I look forward to being a long term customer!

Love Mrs. Scott’s Sweets & Jenni Pops! I’ve ordered multiple cakes and cake pops from them over the last year and have been blown away by the quality and customer service. They’re happy to accommodate my design requests and everything always tastes amazing! Truly some of the prettiest and best cakes I’ve ever had. The employees at the shop are also awesome… so kind and helpful, and they always offer to help me take the cakes out to my car, which is such a help when I have my little one with me. Can’t recommend Mrs. Scott’s Sweet enough! ✨
