Takes about 25 minutes to get just one car out even when theres a huge line. Should not take this long to microwave food be so fr! Should not have to go in park at a drive thru.. disappointed in the service.

It is sad this restaurant has slumped in service and attitude. It took 15 minutes to make half of a sandwich and no they were not busy. It used to be my weekend staple but not anymore.

I went to this location for an early dinner (4:45) because they sometimes run out of items. Well, they did. No strawberries, strawberry dressing or sliced tomatoes. That eliminated the items I was planning to order but there were other perfectly acceptable alternatives, disappointing but no real problem. I tried to order using the mobile app but it kept having issues when there were elements missing from an item so I went to the in-store touch screen. Ordered a Pick Two, drink and a pastry and asked for a text notification when it was ready. After I paid, the screen told me to go to the counter to get the cup for my drink. When I asked for it, the manager (I assume that's who it was) said I would get it when my food is ready and it's "not their policy" to give it out before. I replied that I thought that was not the policy at other locations but she ignored me. It also appeared that other customers who ordered at the counter got cups. Folks, you need to get your story straight. When I picked up my food she said "have a nice day" or something like that, so I ignored her back. While I was filling my drink I heard her make a comment to another customer like "well, some people are like that". A snarky remark like that is totally unprofessional. I work in retail and have had many customers who are challenges but I would NEVER say something while they were within earshot, if at all. Frankly, if a member of my team behaved like this I would write them up if not fire them on the spot. An organization that prides itself on customer service cannot tolerate these antics. Oh, I got the text alert 5 minutes after I picked up my food. Minor annoyance but not surprising given everything else :) The food was good (as always) so that's why you got a 2 stars instead of one.

Since Panera will no longer allow dial-in orders, I am no longer a customer, and we will no longer buy company meals from Panera.
Too many companies are trying to eliminate every employee possible and go to apps. They're welcome to do so, but not with one more dollar of mine.

Over priced and under served, the kid overcharged me and when I pointed it out, they just told me "that's just how it charges things" then gave me a grilled cheese that was cold in the middle, and a sloppy sandwich that was mostly bread, alongside two underfilled drinks, and then the food gave us the runs to finish it all off. Overpriced hospital food indeed.

Better to spend the 10 extra minutes going to the next panera around. I've experienced 20 minute wait times for the drive thru when there has been only one car ahead of me. When dining inside, check the plate or bowl thoroughly. I've been served on dishes with food residue twice...

I'm not going to complain about the prices because when the food is done properly....I don't care! But when you pay 7$ for a cup of potato soup and there's nothing but cheese and the brother I got a problem. The Potato soup wouldn't have been good even with chunks of potatoes, it seems they took away the "good"old potato soup a few years back and replaced it with this pseudo cheesy potato group. Fortunately my chicken Frontega was good, which is not always the case. One day panera will hold the employees to their standards. Good food made badly!
