I ordered one item to pick up. I pulled into the drive thru and not one person acknowledged me. I sat there for over ten minutes before I parked and went in. Stood there..only customer in the store for several more minutes until one of the 5 people got my order. I understand it's busy on a Friday night but to not even say a word to a customer is ridiculous. I won't order from here again.

The people at the pick up window have all been nice. However, I've ordered pizza at this store several times and at least 75% of the time, I don't receive what I ordered online. My last order was my last order.

The pizza’s are getting salty tasting along with just the taste of the whole pizza. The product has gotten cheaper except the price

The pizza was clearly reheated. Dry and toasted. Terrible!

Even the Hut is making mediocre pizza at gourmet prices. We keep switching pizza places in effort to find a good, local pizza. Recently, we've run out of options. Pizza Hut delivered 2 pizzas and one order of cheesy bread. I think all of the cheese for the order ended up on the cheese bread. And...the cheese bread wasn't on nice french bread anymore; it's on white bread. Cheese on mushy bread for $1 a slice. No thanks. The pizzas were terribly mediocre. Toppings were ok if not a bit strangely proportioned as if they were low on green pepper but had an overstock of olives. The sauce wasn't as tasty as it used to be. As I mentioned, where is the cheese? A build-your-own scaled down version of a large deluxe was over $28. 6 toppings total. I ate one slice (as it was not cut into squares as requested) and that was enough. I was thoroughly disappointed. A doctored up frozen pizza would have been just as good and a lot cheaper. To be fair, every pizza delivery in our town pretty much suck now. It's been a long time since we've had a pizza delivered while still hot...the kind where the cheese is all melted and stringy. The kind where you taste each ingredient, enhanced by a tangy pizza sauce. Seems to me that pizza places are all cutting costs and turning out junky pizza, all at prices that compete with going to a sit down restaurant. And I always tip pretty well. Guess that counts for nothing.Buy a frozen pizza at Aldi and add your own toppings.

Really rude customer service. We called them and they were not giving us any information. And was being rude to check online. So we ended up not buying. Such a shame.

This franchise is a joke. Joke pizza. Joke sauce. Fake break joke pepperoni. Literally frozen shipped from China ? you couldn’t get worse. EAT ANYTHING ELSE! Also do not get their new melts. It’s a joke

Always friendly hard working employees. The prices are reasonable not too expensive. No complaints on my end.My only complaint is the new item. $9.00 is too expensive. You can get a full Costco pizza for $10.00. This should be $4.95 btw it isn't this thick.

They did a great job. The food was really good

Pizza topping wrong, and the melt we ordered was obviously old. It was very hard, cold and dry.

We order from this location frequently and we are always impressed. Everyone who works there is always so kind and go above and beyond!

Listen, we all know a Pizza Hut is and what it is not. One thing that should be; reliable.I took my family there today for lunch; the open hours on the door sign list at the restaurant opens at 11:00 AM. The website and multiple map listings. Also concur. We arrived at 12:33 on a Sunday afternoon. Prime time for lunch. The restaurant features an indoor dining area and so after doing all the appropriate research I promised my four children that they would receive a special treat today and we will drive over to Pizza Hut.After unloading four children a baby and an elderly grandfather out of the car, we arrive to find the doors locked. Nothing in regards to signage or an apology and nothing anywhere. The restaurant is just locked up. It was hard enough for the old man to get out of the let alone carrying the baby and the kids across the parking lot. The promise of a special treat was very hard to recover from.
