They literally take 30+ minutes to make one drink when it’s not busy at all. Literally sitting there talking to each other instead of doing their job.

Went inside because the drive through was long and waited 15-20 for 1 tea. Was never given a receipt literally had to walk out because I would be late. No refund no product. There were literally 7 people working behind the counter.
I understand things get bus sometimes but literally no eye contact they would not talk to me. I personally would not go back to this particular Starbucks

The slowest location consistently- and then they have to nerve to ask for tip. I normally do tip but how can I tip when it never takes less than 30 minutes THIRTY mins to get thru for one coffee

Stopped at this Starbucks during my drive, and it ended up being a great place to take a proper break. The staff moved quickly, and my drink was made fresh with solid consistency and good flavor. The café area was clean, well organized, and had enough seating to sit down comfortably for a few minutes. The atmosphere felt calm even with a steady flow of people, which made it easy to relax, check my phone, and recharge before continuing the trip.
The counter was fully stocked, everything looked maintained, and the service felt genuinely professional. It’s a reliable Starbucks location that makes a long drive noticeably easier and more pleasant.

Ordered a banana protein matcha and I knew looking at it it was wrong, absolutely trash and not drinkable. Please have your employees learn the beverages so people aren’t wasting their money
Unfortunately there is very long wait times at this locations drive through. I have also had my fair share of incorrectly made drinks and I usually don’t get anything crazy.

It has been several times now that I was only the 2nd or 3rd car in the drive-thru at this location and had to wait over 13 mins to get a coffee! Today the wait was 11 mins plus & I was the 2nd car in the whole drive-thru. I had to pull around the car in front of me and leave as the person in front of me looked to have been there a while also! The gal working the window never popped her head back out to update the driver on what the hold up was. There were only 3 cars in the parking lot, so it’s not like it was busy inside. What’s going on at this location? Just awful & disappointing customer service!

There is no need to give an attitude when Asking a question. Blonde chick at the drive through yup I’m Talking about you. Don’t worry your manager will have an ear full as well.
