I’m abt to go to work had my order on DoorDash for a reservation sub and when I get there there’s people inside online says open but door is closed and will not let me in or refunded

Sign says open at 730, they refused to make my sandwich at 830 saying they don't open until 9. Then told me I can use a coupon that was still valid. The last time I was walking up 20 minutes before they closed and the girl team to the door amd locked it and laughed at me. Worst subway I've ever been too, they skimp on toppings even more than the other subways do.

Don’t bother going until 9 o’clock sign on the door says 730 & the doors open, but they says it is only up for corporate. They don’t technically open until nine.

First we hardly got any meat on our footlongs, mostly vegetables. When my husband called Subway the person he spoke to was VERY rude and said we were trying to get a free meal. I live in North Ridgeville but will go to another Subway in the future.

So I tried to order something at 8 PM, and the app didn’t work. Then, I drive over to Subway to place an order in person. Then the manager who runs the place, who seems to have no idea what he’s doing, tells me they don’t take any orders after 8 o’clock. It’s only 8:11 PM, so I guess they don’t care about making a profit when they have a customer standing there to pay them, and making a sandwich takes less than five minutes, so I guess they don’t want to make any easy money. Complete morons that work here, Hey subway, do you really want that kind of manager being your front men turning away free money?? Whatever you want, not my company

Totally went down hill had a bad experience there today the girl that waited on us sneezed on her had twice and did not chance her gloves or wash her hands and proceeded to make our food when she asked us what other sandwiches we wanted I proceeded to say I don’t want any sandwiches I watched you sneeze on your hands and not change your gloves she proceeded to say that I was crazy and weird so u told her that that was very unsanitary and she started laughing at me so I told her we are not taking the sandwiches and she proceeded to laugh at us . There needs to be done serious training done in this store . Needs better management. We will never eat there again and I would advise others not to as well .

Always something wrong with the order! Tonight they put the wrong sauce on my sub and it ruined it. Couldn’t even eat it. Forgot the mustard for the pretzel annd cookie wasn’t baked. It was all gross. Called the store and the attitude of the person who answered the phone was unbelievable. He even hung up on me. I will not be ordering from here again. I think some serious training is needed here. I will be going to the store to ask for a refund!

No stars. I ordered an Italian on Italian bread and they forgot the meat. I tried to return it or get meat on it they said I ordered a veggie sandwich. Who would pat $8 for lettuce and cheese? She said I had to order another sandwich for the price of new sandwich. I said no. She then would not give me a refund. Very mouthy and unprofessional.

They have really gone down hill . their employees service skill is mind blowing bad , they send out coupons for deals and 90% of subways dont accept them and the ones that do you only have 4 subs to pick from .. Me personally i am not able to have any of them bc of my allergies. If you want shitty food and service go here if not try jimmy johns .subways is not worth anything anymore

Stopped in with my family of four to get lunch, and we brought in a coupon that was mailed to us. We were told we couldn’t use the coupon. There was a similar coupon we could have used if we ordered online but that wouldn’t be convenient for us. We decided to leave and patronize another location. The coupon was for subs only and we were planning on getting drinks and chips, so it doesn’t really make any business sense because even with the coupon the store would still make a positive margin on the sale. Go to a different location, there are plenty of around.
