The price of these footlongs are insane I hope the owners understand or see that atleast... the idea of coupons will bring people in just need to accept them. All 5 subways around me DONT ACCEPT Any so just don't send me any and you'll be forgotten about . It's really dumb to give coupons but no store accept them. I for one will be going to charleys FAR BETTER and actually accept my coupons !

I live across the street and get sent subway coupons all the time. Went in for dinner to find they don't accept them. Left and went to one 5 minutes away that accepts them and enjoyed dinner. I would eat more subway if they accepted them but usually just wait until we make a Walmart run and eat before shopping. More business for them I suppose.

Usually pretty fast unless they have new people

The kids running the place are not even close to professional. Goofing off, being rude to each other, I was rushed while ordering and the kid John didn’t even wrap it right, it’s all falling out and he didn’t even care to make an effort. Never going back there again.

I visited this location today and had a good experience. The workers were both friendly. They made my order quickly and made both sandwiches quite well. My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our sandwiches. I also think this location is in a convenient location. They have plenty of parking and the parking lot is easily accessible from the main road. If you are craving subway, I would recommend this location.

Was a bell ringer one year and took my kettle with me since the Customer Service desk at Giant Eagle was closed. In result, I gotten the police called on me by one of the cashiers and her yelling for me to get out after I ordered, sat, and enjoyed my sandwich, minding my business.

The food is great but the service leaves a lot to be desired. My husband and I came in to order and were discussing coupons when one of the employees said in a rude way "We don't take coupons". I asked "Any?" They said no. I thought that was odd so we left without ordering. Then it was sandwich day and Subway was advertising a buy one get one free sub sandwich. Awesome! They were not participating.

They have decided to not take coupons. I was sent SUBWAY coupons from Subway and they said since they are a franchise they are no longer accepting Corporate coupons. I guess they do not value their long time customers. I spend about $300 per year at this location and have used the same coupons for years. That is it no more at this location. You people gave enough trouble getting new customers , but you sure know how to lose the ones you have!!!

Stop being a greedy owner and accept coupons completely ridiculous.

We went to get a footlong and 6" sub with the coupons we recieved here in NR. With coupons it should have cost $9,48. But they informed us at checkout that they do not take coupons. So we paid $16. Both sandwiches were slim and the bacon was not cooked on a toasted sandwich. We used to enjoy going to this Subway. We may need to find a new sub place.
