Just had the strangest experience. Had a pretty big order for our whole family. Waited for a bit at the window after paying until an older woman gave us our bags and was basically staring daggers at me and sounded like I had personally offended her. She sneered “I hope you have a very good day” in an obviously angry tone and angry eyes and shut the window and walked away before I could even respond.
Very strange. Not sure if it’s because we had a large order or what but it came across as incredibly unprofessional and quite rude. Not thrilled about being talked to like that in front of my children. Hopefully it isn’t an ongoing issue.

Has to be the slowest Taco Bell on the planet. I've waited in line 20-30 minutes multiple times. Never again.

Ordered via app at 10:13pm.
5 cars ahead of me...
Still in line at 10:48pm.
This place is horrible.
Never coming back and will never visit another Taco Bell.
I've been in line for literally 35 minutes. I don't know why the drive through line takes so long and they stop taking orders and leave you sitting at the mic for 10 minutes while the people behind you are getting pissed off thinking its you. Theg need more help or they need to be quicker.

Quesadillas are never cut, wait times are 30+ minutes even when they're slow. They only process one car at a time in the drive through. Never experienced such slow service in my life.

Waited 10 minuets at the window for my food. No one inside. No napkins. Insane to wait that long at the window

The slowest and worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. The manager seriously needs to figure it out. I can’t believe how slow it is here.

The way the store is set up is ridiculous. The drive thru needs another exit because i should have to wait 20 stupid minutes because they wanna move slow inside. Absolutely dumb.

We told them specifically what sauces we wanted and did not get any fire. Then ordered nuggets which were good but didn't get the sauce for those either.

We live nearby, and Taco Bell has always been my favorite fast food spot, but this location has officially lost our business. While they usually add a decent amount of toppings to the food, the overall experience has been consistently awful. This isn’t just a one-time issue. We’ve been stuck in their drive-thru for 30 to 60 minutes on several occasions, which is completely unreasonable for fast food.
I understand that staffing issues have affected a lot of businesses, especially in the last few years. But when the same problems continue for this long, it starts to reflect poor management rather than just short-term challenges. It feels like there is no plan in place to improve things.
It’s also not just about the wait times. When you go inside, the staff is often rude, clearly uninterested, and sometimes seen playing on their phones. There’s no apology, no urgency, and no acknowledgment of how long you’ve been waiting. I understand most of the team is probably young and working a minimum wage job, and I don’t expect perfection. But there should still be basic standards for customer service and leadership from whoever is in charge.
It’s really disappointing because I want to support this location. I genuinely love Taco Bell and would love for this to be a spot I could count on. But the repeated disorganization, lack of care, and extreme delays make it impossible to keep giving them more chances. This situation needs serious attention, whether through better training, stronger management, or simply setting expectations that prioritize the customer experience. At a bare minimum they need to update their parking lot to allow people to get out of it if they can't manage wait times. While the wait being that long is ridiculous, if I could simply pull out and move on I think people would feel far less angry and trapped. Until that happens, I’ll be going out of my way to visit a different location.

Before you get in the drive thru line, make sure you have enough fuel. I ordered on the app when I pulled in the parking lot and was number three(3) in the drive thru line. 37 minutes later, I finally got up to the window and received my food. This place is the worst and slowest Taco Bell ever!!

Don't go here. This is actually the worst Taco Bell Location. The Drive thru regularly takes more than 30 minutes...not because they are busy, because are understaffed and slow. If there are any cars in front of you plan on being there for a while. DD and UE drivers have even refused to pick up at this location because they are so slow.
