I called on the day of a holiday and did not preorder which I should have done but did not know , they were able to still accommodate my order and were so kind! Beautifully packaged and delicious! I will be back!

Amazing is not enough of a word to explain the experience when ordering and picking up my ordered pastries. The customer service was above and beyond from the moment we walked in. They offered refreshments, sat with us promptly and guided us through the ordering process. Their selections are fantastic, and when stuck on deciding, a sample was given. Mouth watering is the best I can describe it. I am all for supporting a small business so I will absolutely be back for my family’s events. No where else! Thank you so much for creating a desert masterpiece for my daughter’s graduation party! Keep up the great work!

Owner and husband made us feel right at home. Cupcakes were so moist and delicious. I will definitely be back.

Absolutely delicious. Very moist cake inside the cupcake. My husband and I have wanted to try out this treat shop for a while but just hadn’t.Got 6 cupcakes, banana pudding, cherry cheesecake, Dubai chocolate, peanut butter and jelly and funfetti. They were all incredible. The peanut butter and jelly one surprised was both though, I did not think I would like it. Especially being pregnant sometimes the smell of peanut butter makes me sick but this did not. This was probably our fave out of them! Although it was hard to choose. Owner was very friendly as well! Will definitely be back.

My favorite bakery in town! The treat shoppe has done multiple events for my family from themed cookies to themed cupcakes. The take home sugar cookie decorating kits are also a family favorite. ❤️. 100% recommend!

They were so kind and the food is so good.

I would love to tell you how their food is but alas I won’t be able to. I placed an order online on the 8th and got no confirmation email. On the 12th I got a an email that said “Thank you for your order” but I also noticed a credit on my card for the order amount. The link in the email about the order showed that it was now cancelled. I had gotten no other emails or a call. I tried calling the store several times no answer. I tried emailing no response. On the 14th my wife notices a post of someone complaining about a cancelled order on a local FB page. Same type of scenario. Turns out the owners may be on vacation. Good for them. The owners also responded to the post and instead of owning the fact it was a mistake and they should have turned off their online ordering, changed their voicemail to acknowledge them being closed, etc. they argue with what appears to be a long time customer all while touting how customer focused they are. Very reminiscent of the Amy’s Bakery saga from kitchen nightmares. I’m sorry in this day and age you either live customer service or your business will not thrive. And that doesn’t mean mistakes don’t happen they do all the time. But real customer service is owning the issue and doing all you can about making it right. Good luck to them but this experience left a bad taste with me and a get together with no dessert. And all it takes is one bad interaction to loose a customer.

Not only was everything delicious, but decorated so cute. Lisa is kind & incredibly easy to work with. She delivered everything to our venue and offered to help set up. Thank you Lisa. I highly recommend using her.

I have said it, and I will say it 1000 times more Lisa and the Treat Shoppe are incredible! I sent her a picture of my daughter’s birthday invitation, and left the creative work to her. She absolutely killed it! Not only are the cookies, cupcakes, and rice crispies beautiful and perfect for our theme, they will all be delicious as well. So thankful that we found such an amazing bakery that always goes above and beyond!
