I waited for nearly 20 minutes for two chicken sandwiches. The workers were rude. My food was shitty. I paid over $20 for only two chicken sandwiches and two drinks. I don’t know why people even go to Wendy’s anymore. There isn’t a single good location that I’ve been to in over ten years. They are more expensive than McDonald’s and Burger King. They don’t deserve any business. We work hard for our money. It shouldn’t be wasted on subpar food and service. We also shouldn’t have to waste our time waiting for food. Do these places even remember that they are fast food restaurants? I won’t be back. Now I remember why I never go to Wendy’s anymore. Save yourself the trouble and just go to a cheaper establishment.

Went to get biscuits for breakfast. Stated twice sausage egg and cheese biscuit and a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. Lady repeated it to me correctly. Then I get up there she talking to an other employee. Then give me burritos. I asked what is this and that I wanted biscuits. She states to me that I said it was correct when she said it was burrito. I said it was correct because she did not say burrito but biscuits. She disappeared and the other lady gave me money back. They both asked me what was suppose to be and I repeated it again sausage egg and cheese biscuit and a bacon egg and cheese. I wait for the new order. I Then get back home and what do you know they left off the bacon.

I want this Wendy’s to improve, but it never has and will not. Waited 15 min at 8 pm on a Thursday night with three cars in front of me and one car moved in this time before I left. It’s just not worth it. Wendy’s needs to stop in and shut this place down before it becomes worse than the Ridgeville BK.

Me and my family went through the drive thru, Just having an amazing day. We ordered food like normal but the dude at the ordering station was so rude. He sounded mad and annoyed. Whatever. We weren't gonna let that ruin our day. We ordered and got the food. The lady at the window practically thrown the bag and my mom. Which was the one driving. And they didn't even give us the big part of the order. My sour cream and chives baked potato. And they still charged her for it. So my mom went in there obviously mad but she was nice and asked for the manager when they wouldn't give it to her because she needed a receipt, which they didn't give us. And the manager comes or whatever and my mom asked for the potato. She said she needs a receipt and obviously she didn't have one because she never got one! So she just payed for a new one. The manager grabbed the paper bag and slammed it on the counted and thrown the potato in there and thrown it at my mom. HORRIBLE customer service. Other Wendy's are nice. Clearly not this one

I tried to use the app for a BOGO sandwich. The woman scanned the QR code twice and it didn’t take anything off. Instead of getting a manager herself, she just said “it’s not working.” Then tried to charge me full price. This was a 50ish year old woman too, not I kid. When I said “can you get a manager?” She acted inconvenienced. Manager fixed it in 10 seconds. Also ordered a Diet Coke. Get 500 ft down the rd and realize it’s regular. I went back, same woman, same crap attitude, zero apology. The service here is awful. If you order a cup of water they’ll screw it up. Check your order thoroughly before leaving.

Literally the slowest "fast food" place I've ever been to. Was the only person in line, waited for probably 10 minutes for someone to take my order and then she says "we can only take cash"... Could've said that before I stood there waiting for 10 minutes. Ordered a sandwich with no sauce. Sat down, of course it was dripping with sauce. Now I remember why I don't go here.
