Ordered $60.00 worth of food went to pick it up. As I was standing there,the one manager gave my chicken dinner to the guy just before me. So I ended up waiting another 20 minutes for the chicken dinner. So now the rest of the food was cold. They never offered a little discount. Talk about pissing someone off. Won't be going back there anymore.

I had ordered dinner on June 19th to be delivered. Had good experience ordering. Girl who answered phone was very pleasant and I was told the order would be delivered in an hour. The driver arrived much earlier and was very pleasant. Food was wonderful.

A friend and I had a cheese steak panini,worst sandwhich I have every seen ,it had alot of cheese ,so.e mushrooms, and I would describe it as a sprinkle of meat, and if you like bread, it's there, like 2 pcs of pizza together!

Sheet pizza tastes freezer burnt. Overcompensating a poor sauce by adding unnecessary ingredients. Use a higher quality tomato and you wouldn’t have to do that. Genuinely threw it away, never eating this again.

Their pizza is my favorite in the whole state of Ohio. Any other pizza joint cheaps out on toppings . But Antonios has quality and quantity when it comes to their food. For the price you pay you really get a bang for your buck 🍕😍

okay so I posted last night about an experience I had with Antonio's Pizza how it was very very undercooked and the guy that answered the phone did not take the call very well and did not make the order right my pizza was so undercooked that I had to cook it myself and then of course I don't know how to cook pizzas in my own oven so I burnt it and it was really crappy but I did hear back from the manager today Jason he called he was very nice and he explained what happened and he made up for it right away and I can only say that if something happens where it's a mistake and they do the right thing and they follow up and they make it right then you should give that restaurant a second and a third and a fourth chance I have complete faith in this restaurant now because the manager did do the right thing and he did call me and they did make it right and I will be ordering from them again because the pizza itself had the right amount of toppings it was just so undercooked and the kid that answered the phone just didn't handle it well but they did make up for it they did call me and I appreciate that very much I recommend this restaurant because they do stand by their product and they do stand by their customer service!
