I placed a mobile order online with the app, they have told me in tne past that they do not make the food until you arrive. Well my food was already made and they wouldn't change it. Now I have to wait to get my refund back not sure when that will be. But be careful placing mobile/app orders. I didn't even make a big order just 2 sandwiches.

This whole experience was horrible.. I've never had an encounter like this at any arbys I've been to. We went for dinner at 5pm. Nearly no line, first I asked for a turkey slider. ( the only thing my daughter eats and no other arbys has ever given me a problem about it) they told me they wouldn't do it. They're not aloud to sell turkey sliders. I asked if I could just have the slider bun and turkey and build it myself then, they told me it would be $4.50 for the turkey. Over double a normal slider price. I said forget it, I'll take nuggets for her. I said could you please make sure the food is fresh and hot.. they said sure, had me pull up and wait about 15 minutes for them to bring me out COLD. Barely even cooked food, it tasted absolutely disgusting. I took one bite and refused to eat it.. Nobody was nice, nobody was cooperative and the manager has a snooty look on her face and handed me a scrunched up bag of cold food. I will absolutely be disputing this from my CC and NEVER going back to this location again. Absolutely horrible and I wouldn't be surprised if this manager drives this business to closure..
Stay away if you want a decent meal and human interaction.
If you do not like working with customers and the public get a different job. Don't make others lives difficult because you're miserable with your own!

Ordered through DoorDash (this is not their fault) and was missing fries for my combo and sauce for the chicken fingers. My partners Beef and Cheddar had a moldy bun. True to call the restaurant and got no answer. Filed a complaint through the DoorDash app and was only compensated for my missing fries.

When your in the mood for a simple roast beef sandwich, this is your spot. The curly fries are always good. The Peach lemonade is my go to. They are famous for having all the meats and they sure do!
Really the worst meal I have ever had from there. It used to always be our go to place but after last nigh it won’t be.we had three cheese burgers thebuns were dry and crunchy and the burgers were dry as well. the curly fries were less than fresh.
