I ordered: the cookie, jalapeno bagel twist, hot latte, and cannoli on instacart. Everything was delicious. The hot latte was better than starbucks or dunkin. Great bakery that surprisingly offers a huge variety of things. Cant wait to try more stuff

They need friendlier staff, it’s a cute bakery , the cupcakes are hit or miss. They refrigerate them so they are not truly fresh like same day baked. Muffins are great and the doughnuts are good! Snuggles are my favorite there!! I’ve not had a cake yet .

I am from out of town down in Canton, Ohio and ordered a Cassata Cake for my sister's birthday every year. Delicious 😋. The place can be busy, but the staff are pretty efficient.
I had never been able to be on this side of town while they were open due to my schedule. I finally got over here after wanting to try it for 2 years and the donuts, coffee, pastries, and cupcakes are all beyond fantastic! I will now go out of my way to get sweet treats from here!

I’ve been to this bakery at least a dozen times. The muffins and pastries are usually pretty good, but the customer service is by far the worst I’ve ever experienced. The young man behind the counter has never once said hello, thank you, or made any kind of effort to interact. Each visit feels like I’m inconveniencing him just by walking in the door. At the end of the day, no pastry is worth feeling unwelcome — especially at their prices. I won’t be returning

Placing an order for a cake online was super easy. The cake was ready ahead of time on the day of pick up and the service when I went in was exceptional. The cake tasted wonderful. Will definitely be back.

Went in for some iced lattes and couldn't have been happier. The shop is really tidy, prices were fair, also lots of retail to check out while waiting for the drinks. (You don't wait long fyi, just wanted to mention it's a nice retail wall.) There were a lot of different syrup choices too for the lattes/coffees which was nice to see, I didn't try any but always appreciate the availability.
From the bakery side, ordered the glazed croissant and cinnamon roll as well. They are the perfect size for sharing and went really well with the lattes. Really recommend them and can't wait to try other items for another visit.
