Thank goodness for the waitress. She was calm, friendly, and polite while trying to manage all the tables by herself. The greeter was rude, the Jingle bar was closed, there was an obvious argument in the kitchen, it was freezing due to deliveries in which the door was propped open. It was not a pleasant first visit. The food was Ok but took a long time to be served.
It’s a shame they surcharge you 20% of your bill to sit in their pop up bar. It shows up on your bill as an “add on tip” - ridiculousness

Unprofessional Service, Poor Food, and an Owner Who Should Not Be in Hospitality
We originally planned to visit the Halloween bar next door, but since there were no available seats, we decided to dine at the adjoining restaurant instead. The host informed us there would be a wait for food, which we understood and accepted.
