Placed an order on the App for pickup but arrived seeing the sign that the store is closed for renovation. But my order went through, not cancel and no refund. Waited for a week and still no refund and no phone number to call. Not to mention chicken from this store taste the worst compared to Ridge Road store and the Snow Road store.

We ordered online so we could save time and when we got there, the two lounging employees had zero clue they had an order. No worries though, they had tenders, nuggets and fries that they made 2 hours before that they served us. The pathedic amount of fries we received were inedible. This place is trash. Save your money and go literally anywhere else.

The staff was on point, fast and polite. They even got my order right. I have a big family so I have to order a lot in order to feed my whole family and 9 times out of 10 most places mess up, not this KFC. Like I had said, they were on point. And it was clean and the food was amazing. Thanks for the wonderful experience. I will be back in the near future

The staff was extremely fast and very courteous and the food was great. Had a wonderful experience. Definitely will frequent especially to get my beloved Sweet Lightning. 😋

I ordered meals that were different from what I received. When I told the manager, all she said was , sorry, but no refunds, but I can give you an extra meal to make up for the mistake. Seriously? You took my money but refused to give me a refund ? Actually I paid with a card so there was no exchange of money just refund my card. The food I received looked like it sat out for hours, it was cold and to boot I was missing half my sides. I don't think all KFC's are like this because this is usually one of my favorites. Please stay away from KFC on Royalton Rd in North Royalton. The food- lousy, cold and tasteless The workers were constantly being yelled at AND the manager... mean to workers and customers. Stay away from this one. For the price, I'd rather go to McDonald's and get a hot, fresh meal.

The Service here was good. The food was Ehh... They had us pull up to get off of the timer to wait on food that was not really hot EXCEPT the Cherry Pie poppers which were scalding hot over fried and filled with grease. I called heart attack in pie popper. See pic below. I tried the Loaded Fry bowl which was great but dry and warm over cooked like it sat a while. OH amd my husband a chicken sandwich which he smashed but did not receive his side of coleslaw. I would return for the service but I don't know about the food.
