Staff is OUTSTANDING! They are amazing they came out to my car in cold snowing weather and helped me to get my order. And then any other staff member brought my order to my car. Employee s Re outstanding! Ordering is system is terrible 👎

Once again, issues at this location. This time the registers weren’t working. Other visits, they were out of coleslaw by 12:30 PM. Open for just an hour and already out of food, what’s next, no chicken?
At this point, it feels like these constant “issues” are just excuses. Between broken registers and being out of food early in the day, it’s hard not to believe there’s a lack of willingness to actually work. There’s probably a reason the dining room stays closed and only the drive-thru is open.
Find another place to eat.

Tried going here at 630 pm on Saturday and the place was closed. It’s the second time I’ve tried going here since I moved to the area and it wasn’t open. Not sure if this location is still in business.

Despite being understaffed, wait time was practically zero, food in hand the second I put away my credit card after paying. Staff I talked to was very kind and pleasant conversation.
Only complaint is prices but let's be honest we all want to pay less for everything 😉

Placed an order on the App for pickup but arrived seeing the sign that the store is closed for renovation. But my order went through, not cancel and no refund. Waited for a week and still no refund and no phone number to call. Not to mention chicken from this store taste the worst compared to Ridge Road store and the Snow Road store.

The absolute worst KFC of the entire franchise! 10 out of 10 times YOUR ORDER WILL BE WRONG OR MISSING. If you want KFC use the parma location. This one is a joke!

We ordered online so we could save time and when we got there, the two lounging employees had zero clue they had an order. No worries though, they had tenders, nuggets and fries that they made 2 hours before that they served us. The pathedic amount of fries we received were inedible. This place is trash. Save your money and go literally anywhere else.

The staff was on point, fast and polite. They even got my order right. I have a big family so I have to order a lot in order to feed my whole family and 9 times out of 10 most places mess up, not this KFC. Like I had said, they were on point. And it was clean and the food was amazing. Thanks for the wonderful experience. I will be back in the near future

The staff was extremely fast and very courteous and the food was great. Had a wonderful experience. Definitely will frequent especially to get my beloved Sweet Lightning. 😋
