I drove well out of my way because every source online indicated this location was open. When I arrived, it was actually closed — but that wasn’t immediately obvious.

About 20 cars were stuck in the drive-thru for roughly 30 minutes before it became clear what was happening. Each car slowly made it to the window, discovered the store was closed, and then exited. Because the drive-thru exit is partially obscured, it created the illusion that the line was moving normally — just very slowly, which felt understandable given the holiday.

I didn’t want to call and be pushy or rude, so I waited patiently, assuming the delay was holiday-related. Unfortunately, the real issue was simply inaccurate hours.

Details matter. If you’re closed, update your hours. This could have been avoided for everyone involved.

Please never go to this location. The orders always take 30-60 minutes, if you order mobile you have to go in or they will forget you exist, and food is usually cold. Sadly this is modern McDonald’s it’s a dying company

Not really sure you can call this “fast” food. I was one of maybe 3 people there and it took 33 minutes for my order to come out. Even if they had to make my entire order in new batches, I don’t think it should have taken that long

This has to be one of the worst ran McDonalds in the United States. I only come here because I enjoy their breakfast menu or if I’m absolutely starving at lunch or dinner time. This particular McDonalds has two drive thru lanes which should be a good thing, but sadly no. Without fail every time I visit this McDonalds whichever drive thru lane I choose seems to be the wrong one. I’ll be the only car in the drive thru…the McDonalds worker will tell me to hold for a minute…while I’m holding another car pulls into the 2nd line. I hear the voice on the speaker in the other line go “how may I help you” to the car that arrived minutes after me. How does this happen every single time at this particular McDonalds?! Do I just have bad luck?! If you ever visit this McDonalds avoid the drive thru at all costs. The workers who hate their lives are angry that you’re there. If you order plain cheeseburgers you will NEVER get them plain. Who knows maybe eating inside the restaurant is a better experience but drive thru F- Do better McDonalds!

Update - I always like to give the fast food restaurants closer to my house a second chance but this one is trash. I ordered 2 McChickens on 7-14-25 at 730. At 745 I finally make it home to the window …I’m told to pull up to another window because they are still waiting on a McChicken and it would be ANOTHER MINUTE. At 8pm I finally decide to go in and find out where my food is that. I see 6 workers playing on there phone laughing it up and not doing anything. Now I realize it’s difficult to find good help especially at McDonalds but the staff working this night was trash and the manager should be fired. I’ll tell you what the kid in the window that collects the money is very good, always friendly…you should clone him and fire everyone else. F- NEVER AGAIN

This place is a joke. They keep messing up orders like it’s no big deal — today I paid for a meal and, surprise, no burger again. It’s not the first time.

One time, I was served by a guy who was obviously high. I had to repeat myself ten times, and he still couldn’t get it right. I paid for something I never got, and no one even cared.

The staff clearly couldn’t care less about customers. Zero responsibility, zero professionalism. If you value your time and money, avoid this place.
