It has been years since I visited this store. Pizza looked great, better than my local Rochester NY store I go to. Staff was friendly and store looked clean. 4 straps for service since they kept me waiting a bit for pickup order.

Pizza was barely warm and the person who delivered it called me, didn't answer, called me again to tell me to open the door for the hallway. I said the delivery instructions say to push the buzzer he then argues saying he did push it and to come get my pizza. I went up the stairs, pressed my buzzer and it buzzed in my apartment, so no, you didn't. Plus, he tried to continue argue with me after handing me the pizza. This isn't the first bad experience with a delivery person from there. The delivery people have become terrible the last few months!! Done with this Papa Johns

Not long after it became staffed with people who seem to speak farsi more than English the quality nose dived, then I got terrible food poisoning. No one else I live with who ate everything I did that day, save for one of the pizzas from here, got sick. Will never return.

Placed a semi-large order 4 hours in advance. Pizza came 45 mins later than the requested time… after two different calls to the store. No attempt at customer service or even an apology from any member of the staff or the manager.
Delivery driver asks me if I want to add a tip on the card when I did so in the on line app when I ordered so I feel like the driver was trying to scam me out of more money. If you didn't get a tip it's not because I didn't leave one.

I ordered a deal online, and they forgot part of the order. When I called the manager he told me there was nothing he could do because it was an online order. Which is definitely not true as I was a manager at papa johns before! He wouldn't give me store credit or replace the missing item and basically told me he can't control the price I paid online. The food I did receive was hot tho and the driver was nice!
