It has been years since I visited this store. Pizza looked great, better than my local Rochester NY store I go to. Staff was friendly and store looked clean. 4 straps for service since they kept me waiting a bit for pickup order.
So originally they had forgot an item, but then I called and they resolved everything and even sent me the item for free. They’re 10/10 highly recommend love the staff. Thank you!!
I previously had a poor delivery experience, HOWEVER, Kelly and her crew were EXTREMELY accommodating to my dad and myself (brain damage and cannot entirely function properly) when we went there for a pickup order. Not only did I put in the wrong date for my order and they made it on the spot, but they allowed me to stay there for two hours when my battery died and Kelly and her crew put in every effort to try to get me assistance and accommodate my father and myself.
