I recently visited Pic Quick Deli-Mart and was blown away by the exceptional service provided by the management team. They were very welcoming and made sure that my experience was nothing short of amazing. The shop was clean and well-stocked with a variety of items, including snacks, drinks, and groceries.I was particularly impressed with the deli section, where I was able to purchase a delicious sandwich that was made fresh to order. New management. Absolutely horrible service, quality, and pricing now. They have destroyed the reputation that Pic quick had established over the years. Just went in and waited at the deli counter for almost ten minutes while the THREE employees there hung out at the lottery machine. Was acknowledged and ignored...re acknowledged and than re ignored. Finally just walked out. This place is a hollow shell of what it was. It's a shame

Place used to be amazing!!!! New owners are TRASH completely running the place into the ground. Lost our business and half of Royalton by now constantly hearing people say how bad it is now. Wish Abe never retired they USED to have the best chicken and jojos around now the service and product is awful

New owners have really changed it. Not for the better. Chicken and jo Jos I had were dry, and when I went back in on Saturday 6/24, was really surprised by the amount of flies in the store. Sad because this place had the best jojos in the area.

I went to Pic Quick for a corned beef sandwich for my wife, Ashleigh. She was craving a Pic Quick corned beef because it is the best corned beef we ever had. An employee, named Frank, had service that was professional, polite, and friendly. Frank went above and beyond to make sure Ashleigh had the perfect sandwich. While inside, I was overwhelmed by the smell of the tasty fried chicken. Again, this is the best fried chicken I ever had. It is better than Popeyes, better than KFC, or any other chain restaurant around. It was seasoned perfectly and crispy on the outside, but moist inside. All the food was very good and priced reasonably. I would highly recommend Pic Quick and the experience due to Frank's hospitality is unmatched.
