Never again will i order from this location.Hours online is listed open till 11:30 on a saturday night. So we placed a order online around 10pm. Said delivery in 25-35 mins. Waited and waited. So i call the store and the worker says he has no drivers and hungup. I called right back and same guy tells me they are closed and if i wanted the order to come pick it up with no charge.So my gfs daughter went to pick it up and he tells her she needs to pay the amount. Then he lowers the price. She calls me and the worker talks to me saying he never said it was no charge. He then tells me he cant do any transactions because the system is closed. And tells me they close at 11pm.After few more mins he gives us the food for no charge. Ok cool no problem because that was what i was told from the start. He even threw in another pizza for us.We get back home and it wasnt even the right order. Everything was disgusting, cold, hard and soggy.I will never order pizza from this location again. From the rude service we got to the awful food never again will they get my buisness.

FYI, Delivery Driver in black sedan door dashes while on the clock. I've seen him at another restaurant picking up a door dash order with his pizza hut uniform on and car topper. Could be the reason why some of you got your delivery super late and/or cold. Apparently it's OK with the manager for him to do that too. At least that's what I heard him say to the store employee when they questioned him. ?

They always cook a great hand tossed pizza! It's done quick too! Easier to pick up because they are usually short on delivery staff

Never showed up with the pizza. Waited 15 minutes after the eta, constantly refreshing the tracker before I tried to call. No answer, then they were closed. Waited 2 hours for no pizza, no cancelation notice, no refund. Kid tired and hungry waiting for nothing to come.

I order carry out every week sometimes twice a week. Always the same thing medium pepperoni pizza with light sauceWhy is it that sometimes it’s smothered in sauce sometimes it has garlic butter (white sauce). Driving to Pizza Hut twice today but usually it’s good pie. The Tuesday guy knows how to cook.

Never received the dessert we paid for-takes forever to get a live person on the phone and when call transferred to the store a guy said he would send driver back out to deliver item we paid for. That never happened! Cannot get ahold of anyone and want my refund for the food we paid for and never received! Very poor experience!

Ordered at 7:53 pm. Its now 10:45.Got orderupdates that 835 would be delivery time. I reveived NO order, called 4 or 5 times to check. Got placed on hold and had to listen to that "pleasent" commercial in loop for 20 minutes and everyone who answered wpuld just put me on hold.I think they dont care, they didnt offer any solution. Just said sorry. Wosw.. genius move there

They allow people to use stolen debit or credit cards, at this store, then they won’t pick up the phone, when they are called about it. Especially when said person lives in another state, really bad for business
i get almost a alcohol taste on my pizzas sometimes... under cooked and soggy for the third time.

This place doesn’t understand the idea of contactless delivery. When I do contactless their drivers keep staring inside my window which is creepy. Last time the driver came for 1 min then took my order back with them him because I didn’t answer..

This is the worst pizza hut they ripped me off and of course I couldn't call them because they were closed so I called customer service to report them! I ordered online yesterday night at 10:20pm and they never delivered my order and kept my money. I have ordered from here many times before. They could have let me know and refunded my money or gave me a credit! I will never go to this terrible place or order online from pizza hut ever again! THIEVES AND CROOKS!!!!
