I don't really get subway often because the one closest to my home in parma seemed like the food isnt very fresh, but I was in North Royalton with my granddaughters and they wanted Subway. This location is great. The food was all very fresh and the guy helping us was very friendly and patient with my granddaughters trying to figure out what they wanted. I will definitely be back to this location.

I haven’t been to a Subway in awhile, but I’ll definitely be coming to this location again because of the excellent customer service from Kurtis. He worked quickly and efficiently, but still took the time to make sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. He was thoughtful, personable and professional. Great service like this really stands out! Kurtis is awesome!

Curtis is amazing! I was having an awful day, and Curtis just made the atmosphere at Subway so inviting. He explained every step “I need to change gloves, I will be right back” and he was engaging in conversation. It was not just small talk, but actual conversation. He really went above and beyond, and I hope he gets promoted, a raise, recognition, something! I will be back solely because of how the customers were treated.
