Location is closed due to staffing issues but you wouldn’t think to turn off online ordering?? But of course you don’t find out until you get to the store. Can you refund my food from today please seeing how as I won’t be receiving it??

Took a little bit for someone to come out. They DONT take coupons which is the only reason we came, we wouldn’t have gotten what we did if we had known ahead of time there were no signs or anything either.

Walked in and no one was working yet shows OPEN & the sign shows open. Sit in the lobby area even called out loud is any one here. Crickets. Worst subway I live down the street I will drive a few extra mins to the one on state road moving forward. Don’t waste your time!
I didn't really get ANY service onn5/15/24, at 4:45 pm. I walked in there to get a snack. I asked about the footlong pretzel, the employee was on the phone and told me he had to take the call that was coming thru. All I did was wait and he really didn't acknowledge me. Only cated about the phone! I just turned and left. Annoyed. !!

Waited for service for 10 minutes while they washed dishes. Nobody ever came out to help us even though they could see us. Appeared another customer left empty handed before we went in. Never got served. Went to a different subway.

This owner is beyond incapable of running a business. Go to one of the other locations that get your order correct and participate in promotions. This guy usually has to make the sandwiches himself because all his employees complain about him, and then quit. He can't make a sandwich correctly to save his life. Also, it appears he sometimes has his children working behind the counter, and while I could be wrong, they definitely look to be underage.
