Waited fifteen minutes in line for beans that were a powder. The first bite of my burrito was like the cinnamon challenge. Ruined my meal as both items contained beans.

At least the tacos weren't dripping wet this time. But, ordered $34.00 worth of food and did not get the most expensive thing I ordered....the crunch wrap supreme and nowhere on website to document this. Usually everything is there with the order.

Workers are great, worked to the bone and then some, their Store Manager, Tracy, does NOT know how to schedule a shift that isn't already destined to fail. She does not show up to work to help her workers just collects her paycheck and leaves. She treats all her workers like dogfood.

Just spent 45 minutes in the drive-through for a mobile order that I had already closed and told them at the speaker and then finally got to the window to pick up the food and was asked multiple times who I was picking up for and it took 20 minutes when I was sitting out the window for it looked like almost 10 people to figure out how to make five items and two drinks
Went to pickup breakfast for the company meeting and found out that this location no longer serves breakfast. WTF commercials promote breakfast and this store doesn’t have it? Never again

I would have rated this a zero if it was an option. I waited in the drive thru line for 45 minutes AFTER ordering my food. It was ice cold by the time I finally got up to the window. The young girl at the window was not friendly and did not even apologize for the long wait. I will never come to this Taco Bell again.

Was in line for roughly 1hr from time i pulled into line to being handed my order. Was making some comments to my passengers when we were called over the speaker for our comments. We talked and found out they were short staffed and had no backup. This is a disgrace to the management that is in charge for not properly planning out for a weekend during peak hours when bars are closing.

Do not waste your time going here! the absolute worst Taco Bell’s I’ve ever been through waited 45 minutes in the drive-through line after placing an order ended up having to leave and going somewhere else. It was standstill in the drive-through no movement at all for 30 minutes straight. Do not go to this Taco Bell!

I’ve been to so so many taco bells. I’ve worked at taco bell. i’ve NEVER seen one this terrible truly, through and through bad. always missing or wrong items. cold food. If I come to this one i budget one full hour for waiting in line. they’re always out of Something like beef/ steak/ cheese/ cups/ tortillas. OR they aren’t taking cash or card or mobile orders. it’s such a mess. it’s so bad here. I’ll drive 30 minutes out of my way to avoid this hellhole of a taco bell. jesus christ fix this or get new management or something
