I ordered a number 8 (3 doritos locos tacos) supreme with no tomatos and recieved 1 crunchy beef taco with tomatos and 1 beef burrito ALSO with tomatoes. When i got to the window, I asked for a couple mild and a couple hot sauce packets and was silently handed 4 medium packets. I'm not usually one to complain, but whoever was manning the order window tonight around 5pm (1/9/26) needs to be retrained or something because this is egregiously bad service. I will not be ordering here again.

So I ordered nacho fries and they were supposed to be fries with the nacho fry seasoning on it and they were just regular french fries. No seasoning in the guy that was at the drive-thru her hurried up and handed me the bag and quickly told me to have a nice day and I couldn't go back to replace my food because I had to hurry up and get to work.

Rarely ever eat at fast food, but group chose Taco Bell. I ordered a bean burrito. The beans were so firm they were almost crunchy and they forgot my sour cream.

My husband and I have not been inside a Taco Bell in many years, using the drive thru has been more convenient. However, we did go inside this visit and I was appalled that there is NO menu listed behind the order counter. I was told it was on a kiosk. I don’t want to order on a kiosk or even online. Never going inside a Taco Bell again. Very upsetting to me.

We waited 15 minutes for nachos with cheese, but in the end they just brought us chips without sauce. And we waited another 10 minutes for our order to be taken.
Drive through had three cars in line 25 mins to make my order. The cashier gave poor customer service.. I ordered a Mexican pizza, and she said we can't make those now.
I came into your dinning room to order a Crunchwrap supreme with no tomato that was made incorrectly. Not to mention I waited 20 minutes for it. As I continued to wait for my order I couldn’t help to overhear employees talking about a manger being in the bathroom for over 30 minutes with a minor while “on the clock”. As I was checking my bag, the said “manager” walks out of the bathroom with a girl that looks around 13-15 years old blowing smoke out her mouth. If I had to describe the manager she looked like she had a blueish tint to her hair, a lot of facial piercings, and tattoos on her forearms. I feel that this is very unprofessional and that the employee should be demoted/fired immediately. unbelievable that you guys allow this in your company.

Jayden, Yulia, Antwon, and Alex hooked us up at 3 am. We came when the Taco Bell systems were down and they helped us out with our order and made sure we got our food.
