This was our first time at Via Roma and it won't be our last. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was fantastic. I had the smoked eggplant parmesan with pasta and marinara and my husband had chicken parmesan with pasta and the white sauce. We split a caesar salad which was one of the best I've ever had. I liked that they put kale in the salad and the usual romaine lettuce. The bread was unique also. They played beautiful music of Dean Martin, Elvis, Frank Sinatra...
