They should learn to use the light dimmers.
The food here is always amazing and the portions are huge. The salads are the biggest salads I've ever had anywhere and they are delicious. This restaurant has become one of my favorite placed to go to. The prices are extremely good. It is definitely affordable and we have never had a bad experience. Thank you.
We transferred from the bar to a table and the transfer was very easy. Courtney was amazing. Very personable, she has an amazing fun personality. Our drinks were full the whole time she was taking care of us! We will be back :)
Courtney is AMAZING. What an asset. As a manager of another location, I have never had better service here than when Courtney is taking care of my crew and I. Her demeanor, her personality, her sense of urgency - top notch. 🙌🏼

Kinda slow food was good but could've been better, some keto friendly options were awesome for my sister she lived the burnt cheese food over. Fried pickles did rock tho
St. Patrick’s Day. We sat at the bar, our server Jennifer was about as good as they come. Great service and pretty good food.
Decent food. Never had a bad meal. Unfortunately I was not able to grab a meal last visit due to being ignored/passed on multiple times for over 30 minutes with a menu in hand. Even asked one of the bartenders to put my order in and she said “okay” and walked away to the back.
We love stopping here for dinner and a drink after work. The staff and food have always been great!
Here we were, two drunk Yinzers under the assumption we could get an Uber and a hot bite to eat after a concert at the casino. Boy were we wrong!
PJ helped us out, took our take out order and had it done in 10-12 mins. After hearing our plight about getting a ride and almost bein stranded drunk yinzers in Cleveland he gave us a beer on the house while we waited.
Listen Cleveland still stinks, but if it has a shining star it is DEFINITELY The Basement. Would recommend again!!!

Attended a surprise party here today. The food and service were superb! We had chicken fingers, pretzel bites, mini corndogs, fried pickles and pepperone pizza. It was all wonderful!
Food takes forever. Tables are old and worn out. Bar lighting.
