Very rude lady!! 3 times she acted unprofessional and I have 2 witnesses that agreed to her rude behavior. Going to put formal complaint because I believe she is a supervisor! Never had anyone serve me or not serve me and still affect my order.

News to me, your card used for the casino has food dollars on it and I actually ate for free. The wife and I had a meat pizza and drinks before leaving the casino. The staff was awesome and the pizza was good.

This was our first and last visit to this restaurant.And quite frankly, MGM should be ashamed of themselves. They have to know that this place is putting out utter garbage.We had a pepperoni pizza and a Caesar salad to share. Pizza was GREASY under cooked and beyond disgusting.The Caesar salad had brown and black lettuce. Puke.Also while we were sitting at our booth another disgusted guest walked past our booth , food in hand heading towards the register. Another happy guest.We should have returned our food as well, but we were just disgusted and threw it away. We went to McDonald’s next-door.Thanks for robbing us out of 40 dollars MGM.

The chicken parmesan sandwich was delicious! The pizza needs improved. Go back to the old recipe. There was so much grease, it all collected on one side of the box. When you bit into it, it felt like a sponge full of grease.

Food tasted like retail store brought it was more bread than anything else on the Hero the Pizza was decent the salad look like a Walmart salad however I enjoyed the games and the Bartenders are rude and uninviting...but the gaming experience is fun just come to play.
