She also had great visions in her mind, she definitely executed her vision. “I ordered the Harvest Grain Bowl which contained quinoa, butternut squash, roasted portabellos, pickled beets, pepitas and a tahini dressing. It was so yummy! Lots of different textures and flavors. Also ordered a weird seasonal drink that was actually really good: root beer, espresso, vanilla and oat milk (iced). I love to come to Luna with vegans and non vegans. There are always satisfying options for both. And even vegan pastry items! On the day I visited there were vegan brownies, vegan chocolate cherry brownies, and vegan cowboy cookies.“
