They always make my coffee and food just how I like it and are very friendly. I would recommend their turkey sausage sandwich on a bagel and a butter pecan cold brew with oatmilk. Sometimes there’s a bit of a wait here but I’d rather wait here compared to somewhere else because I know they’ll take care of me here. Kudos to management and staff for fostering a friendly environment.

If you ever order a drink with ice, make sure you order it with light ice. I ordered 2 medium brown shaken drinks and it came with less than half a cup of the actual drink and the rest ice. Atleast the coffee rolls were good

Go down the street to the older location in Macedonia. This place is brand new, however, the bathroom is absolutely disgusting, hasn't been cleaned in ages(you see the ring around the toilet bowl) paper towels and toilet paper everywhere,(they aren't even in the holders just put on the sink )trash overfull, floors sticky with what looks like feces on the floor, Absolutely gross!! Then, as I waited to order i had to wait for the girl to fix something on herself, not a hello,smile or anything. She acted as if I was inconveniencing her. As I ordered, I noticed the donuts are out with no covering and FLIES all over the donuts! YES FLIES!! This place needs a revamp of employees and a deep clean!! So disappointed.

I tried this Dunkin' hoping that it would be better than my usual one, but nope. My breakfast sandwich was lukewarm to the point that the cheese wouldn't melt, and it tasted like a pool store smells, if you can imagine that - like chlorine and vinyl pool toys. In no world should an egg and cheese croissant taste like that. But surely the large black coffee I ordered should be impossible to screw up, right? Nope, I got some over-sweetened nightmare with more fake creamer than coffee and didn't find out until I was at work and the not-on-correctly top popped off as I was walking and it spilled on my hand (no napkins were in my bag, of course, to clean it up). I've given all of the Dunkins in Northfield/Macedonia every opportunity to prove that it's just a fluke, since there are two on my way to work and they're the most convenient option, but out of 5 times getting coffee, I've gotten the right one given to me ONCE, the food tastes terrible, and I'm officially done.
Egg bites were good. Avocado toast just ok. Drive thru employee was nice & efficient

not to be a karen, but every single time i go here (multiple times a week) they mess up my order. today they tried convincing me i messed up ordering when i brought it up. theyre constantly forgetting things or giving me the wrong drink. definitely the worst dunkin ive been to.

Avoid this spot, go down the street. This is a brand new location. They just built it, it looks great, and they hired some nice people. But it is the longest Duncan I have ever been to. I have never waited less than 20 minutes in the drive-thru. I’m waiting right now, have been waiting for 15 minutes, and there’s only two other cars in the drive-thru. Guys, it’s 8:15am, people are on their way to work, and if you take longer than a few minutes to get a black coffee in a cup for us, we are never gonna come back. This line needs to be flying at this time of the morning. Plenty of other locations do it perfectly fine. Avoid this spot, go down the street.
