Out of all the Dunkins I have been to, this is my favorite. They have the nicest staff, clean store, and they make the drinks correct most of the time. I like a lot of flavor in my coffee, I don’t like the taste of coffee. I know, it’s weird. They pretty much know me by now, since I’m in there daily with One of the weirdest coffee orders. And even if it’s not tasting right On point, they are kind enough to give me extra syrup on the side to make it how I like it. They never hesitate to help me out!
EDIT: I also wanted to give the assistant manager a shout out. She goes above and beyond for the customers, and she’s always got a smile on her face and greets me when I walk in. Remember how I said they pretty much know me? Yeah, she confirmed that lol. She knows my order, she knows I’m going to pick up in a timely fashion, and she knows just how I like my coffee. A few the other girls there, also know who I am and how I like my coffee. They are very personable and nice there. Out of all three Dunkins on route 82, This one is the best hands-down.

Stopped in today around 10:30 AM. There were 3 employees. 2 females (black) and a male (white). We stood there for 5 minutes without anyone acknowledging us. The one female walked past us 6 times only giving us a nasty look but mot saying a word. The male, was standing behind the counter scratching his head and picking at his face.. There were no others in the store.. I also needed to utilize the restroom however, the door had a sign that informs you that a key needs to be requested.. They dont respond when asked! My advice, do not go here! Lazy, dirty, and ignorant employees!

My favorite Dunkin in the area. Always polite and make my drinks right. If there ever is an issue they immediately fix it and apologize. Sometimes a little busy in the mornings, but I’d rather wait in line here than at other Dunkin’s. The frozen strawberry is my favorite drink

Just go to the other one down the street past the bridge. I visited this one today and had another bad experience. I ordered a bacon snack and a triple mocha. Nice older lady came to window and said it would be a second. Then food came out cold. I asked her to warm it up for me. Another woman who I was told was the assistant manager snatched bacon and threw it at toaster and slammed it in after yelling to me that it’s not supposed to be warm and I requested it like I do everytime I visit Dunkin. She was very rude for no reason at all. It takes literally 1 min to pop in toaster and there was no line. I was disgusted how I was treated by this lady. I asked for corporate number and she stated why it just comes back here.

Fresh apple pies to die for. Mango lemonade was very refreshing.
I went in to get a coffee on 7-6-25 and the place was a mess the floor has not been mopped in what it looked like a week and the counter where you get the napkins and straws was filthy! The coffee was good though but I was thinking if they don’t clean the simple stuff why would they clean the hard stuff??

This dunkin location always seems to be out of popular and seasonal bagels and donuts. That's annoying, and i dont think I'll be back.

Purchased a dozen donuts mid morning (before 10am) and the donuts tasted like they were a day old (semi hard and crusty)!!Not to mention i ineverytanly interrupted the employees that were talking about nails to do there job and actually service customers!employees are pathetic and sub par and it's rediculous that society and corporations have to deal with people that are payed to do a job and have no motivation to do so!!
