Ordered pizza a couple nights ago and it was not made with our directions (light cheese), and the toppings on my pizza were super light. Normally they make it well, but it was an entirely different crew it seemed. Will be trying to ask who is working next time to get the consistent quality we previously enjoyed.

BEFORE I START WITH THIS RANT. I ORDER FROM Gioninos IN TWINSBURG & BEFORD ALL THE TIME. THIS HAS NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE. TERRIBLE SERVICE DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. GOOGLE SAYS THE CLOSE @11pm, I CALLED AT 8:41pm EXACTLY TO PLACE AN ORDER FOR A LARGE PIZZA AND WINGS. NO ONE INFORMED ME THAT THEY CLOSED EARLIER THAN TIME STATED. THEY PROCEEDED TO LET ME ORDER AND THEN TOLD ME IT WOULD TAKE 30-45 MINUTES. MEANING IT WOULD HAVE TAKEN UNTIL 9:30pm - 9:45pm. AGAIN NO ONE CALLED ME OR ANYTHING. I GOT THERE @10PM FOR THE MAN TO TELL ME MY PIZZA WAS WAITING FOR 2 HRS AND BY LAW HE CANT GIVE ME A PIZZA THAT WAS WAITING FOR THAT LONG SO HE THREW IT AWAY (WHICH WAS IMPOSSIBLE IF I CALLED @8:41, he told me 30-45 minutes and I came @10pm.) ordered chicken/jojos and it was SOGGY when it got to me. i won't order here again.

I called in an order at 8pm for fried chicken and jojos. Was told it would be done at 830. We got there at 8:35ish the guy said "oh it'll be 5 minutes" 10 minutes later my husband asks a girl when it will be done and she goes and grabs a box that had been sitting there since we got there... so it was done just sitting there getting cold. My husband asked for ketchup and she gave us a long thin gioninos bag with packets in it. We get home dump the bag and its Taco bell hot sauce??????? So my husband called to ask what that was about and the girl goes "that must have been the employee that got Taco bell" when asked why it was put in a gioninos bag and given out we got no apology like it was a mistake..... what is going on here that you ask for ketchup and get orange Taco Bell hot sauce packets... its very weird.... it makes me not want order there... if they're messing around like that who knows what they're doing to the food.

Horrible service. You ask for ketchup or hot sauce and they either try to charge you, which is not their policy, so they can pocket the money. This time I asked for ketchup and the girl hands me a gioninos bag. I get home and it's taco bell hot sauce. I called back, she couldn't care less. Unprofessional and bad service
