This McDonald's is perhaps one of the cleanest in the area, however the service is a little slow sometimes, perhaps due to the amount of the orders they receive especially online orders. The staff are friendly and seem to be doing their best to fulfill orders as fast as they can. They always apologize when the orders take too long. I do not fault them.

I'm leaving this review for my father. Occasionally my dad may get a cheeseburger or filet o fish from this location. He doesn't eat fast food much and had a craving for a McDonald's cheeseburger last Saturday(May 31st). He picked up his order came home, and apparently the burger was dry and not too good like it had been sitting out for a while, he got through about half of it. But, it was simply unedible. He decided to return it and ask for a fresh cheeseburger instead. Simple ask, right? Nope, they got security after my father asked for the manager, declined to get him a replacement. But, and get this, told him they could give him an order of fries to rectify the situation. What? My dad is almost 80 years old. Why would you guys treat him like that? Nonetheless, he was pretty upset and has been very disappointed from the way he was treated. I'm going to suggest to my dad to never return to this location. More than likely, I'll tell him to just stop going to McDonald's period. You have to do better than this guys.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Northfield, OH McDonald’s on 5/3/25. After placing a mobile order, I was asked to pull forward. When I explained I was on a tight schedule, the employee (Jordyn) abruptly shut the window on me and loudly accused me of “refusing to wait,” which was false. I then overheard her talking negatively about me to her coworkers while I was still in line. Completely unprofessional.
When I calmly asked her not to misrepresent what I said, the manager (Tessa) admitted Jordyn was a problem employee but still allowed her to continue making rude remarks. To make it worse, they didn’t even have my order ready when they asked me to pull up.
I left feeling disrespected, lied about, and unwelcome. This is not the level of service expected from McDonald’s — especially in this community.

Waited 38 minutes for them to tell me they messed up my order. Then yelled at me like I was wrong

If I could give 0 stars I would! DO NOT GO HERE!
The staff (tonight) was unprofessional young children whom lack customer service and clearly don’t know how to do their jobs. The manager APRIL, worst of them all. An incident happened that could have easily been avoided (had they actually done their job correctly) to which an employee there also told me “they could have just voided it and re did the order” smh. THAT EASY!!!? But the staff and manager APRIL decided it was more entertaining for them to cause issues and watch it escalate, calling in higher powers which initially hurt them more because they told us to file a complaint on them! Mind you, this was all happening with a toddler present! And let’s not forget to mention that almost the entire staff was just hanging around watching this go down NOT WORKING, and while none of them had the courage to say a word while I was there one little boy thought it was cute to yell, “don’t come back!” Hiring unmotivated, careless, immature, and reckless children/adults does nothing but hurt this franchise. I have heard more bad stories than good about this location, so, some advice from an OLD customer here, throw this whole staff away and start fresh, correctly this time!
