First McDonald's that I've can actually say showed Grade A Service. This location is one of the best that I have encountered. I highly recommend this location for Superior Customer Service with a smile.

Took my special needs son for lunch today at this location. Placed a mobile order, waited 10 minutes in the drive thru. I got an email verification for my order and a code for pickup in the mobile app. I give my code at the speaker and the employee verified my name but tried to tell me Im at the wrong location. I check- no she is wrong. Then she tells me my order didn’t go through. So which is it? So I ask how to go ahead and find a solution to the issue so I don’t have to disappoint my son. He has Down syndrome- he is excited that we are at his favorite restaurant and now I have to leave empty handed. The employee tells me she doesn’t know how to fix the issue or get my money back- that I will have to pay extra now because the app took my coupon. Thanks alot for the help! Now I have to console my son who doesn’t understand why he couldn’t get food at McDonald’s for lunch.

My nephew (a minor) was called white racist names during one night shift by an African American Black girl and he then went for his lunch break and while eating in the dining area he was physically attacked by said African American Black girls adult brother the supervisors on staff were not very cooperative with local law enforcement and they have since lost both my niece and nephew as employees because they were racially profiled and attacked because of their skin color well I hope McDonalds knows that their mother is suing

My son loves McDonald’s, So every now and again, as a treat, I will get him McDonald’s. We live right down the road from this one. But in all honesty, I dread having to go there. I have waited over 40 minutes for a mobile order that I placed, that I was picking up inside. I’m sorry, but that is ridiculous. And, there is never anybody at the counter to greet you. They just look at you, if you’re even that lucky. I’ve been there on busy days, and non-busy days, and somehow I am still waiting 20 minutes or more for my mobile order. They do seem severely shortstaffed, and I get that. But if you are that short staffed that you cannot complete customer orders in a timely fashion, then this restaurant shouldn’t be open. They seem to focus more on drive-through, then in store. But even then, drive-through takes a while too! Fast food is no longer fast food. You are better off going to an actual restaurant and get better quality food for the time that you wait. This McDonald’s used to be good back in the day. It’s sad to say go downhill so badly. Oh, and I also want to say, being short staffed, doesn’t give you a right to be rude, and not acknowledge people when they walk in. The least you could do is say hi and that you’d be right there when you can. It really doesn’t take that much effort.

TESS the manager needs to be fired 👎 👎 👎 👎 👎 NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS WHATSOEVER I ORDERED FOOD ONLY TO WAIT 30 MINS AND WHEN IT CAME IT WAS COLD AND OLD AND WHILE I WAITED SHE HAD TO REFUND MULTIPLE CUSTOMERS WITH A NASTY ATTITUDE SHE NEEDS TO REPLACED IMMEDIATELY SO SOMEONE ELSE CAN RUN THE RESTAURANT EFFICIENTLY THERES CARS WRAPPED ARIUND THE BUILDING WAITING FOR FOOD ALSO !!!!! VERY DIGUSTING !!!!!
