Chicken just so, Mac and cheese tasted like vinegar. Also bought a separate dinner for my elderly mother and her mac and cheese tasted like vinegar too???? The bake beans were without flavor. The server was very polite and smile but the food wasn't what Mr. Chicken use to be.

So disappointing. I don't give bad reviews. I try to find good points in every restaurant. The service was entirely too slow. This was just bad. I had to wait 20 minutes for two cold sandwiches and a large fry. The buns were hard and dry, and the chicken was cold. The only good thing is that the fries were hot and crispy. There are so many other restaurants to choose from. I'm going to avoid this restaurant in the future.

Bought the mega meal for $32.99, 10 piece, 1 side, 5 bisc and 2 mashed potatoes. $1 extra for hot sauce, which is fine. Is gravy not included with the potatoes because it wasn't included. I'm not going to comment on the mac n cheese. I'll give it a pass because it was a late order. As for customer service, please be mindful to your customers. There are those of us that work late and we are just trying to feed our family. I can understand you are just trying to get home to yours as well. A little kindness wouldn't hurt. Thank you.

Terrible experience will never order from this location again we love Mr. chicken, but the customer service was the absolute worst thing I’ve ever experienced at any establishment before even the manager is super rude and unprofessional. I’ll save you some time and headache. Please avoid this location is under total new management and is, the worst Mr. chicken I’ve ever experienced. I wish I could give zero stars.

The chicken was the only thing that was good. I ordered through the drive thru and I asked for BBQ chicken. At first was given plain whole wings. I’m so glad I checked my food before I pulled off. No BBQ sauce. So then I had to pay 1.00 more for the BBQ sauce. That’s cool but the menu doesn’t say it’s extra. Than I get back to work to eat my lunch and the Mac n cheese dried out and has no cheese, the mash potatoes was soupy and runny and the biscuits around the edges was hard and the middle was soft. The chicken was falling off the bones and was so good. But it’s a HECK NO for me ever returning, especially for $12 and no drank came with it. What type of meal is that.
It’s unfortunate that I have eaten here a couple of times and the chicken strips tasted rancid and burned. They were cooked in burned grease. Very gross.

I bought an 8 piece Fried Chicken off their menu it cost $20 and some cents and when I got home and opened the box the pieces of chicken was so small I couldn't believe it. it look like they literally chopped up one tiny deform Cornish hen and threw it in the Box. I'm never going back to mr. Chicken again. they need to serve bigger pieces of chicken that's equal to the price. So many restaurants ripping us off now and trying to blame it on the economy due to the pandemic. Just pathetic!

Went to the drive through and was met with the rudest lady ever. I ordered a 20 piece, that was on the menu with 4 large sides and 4 drinks and she said my order was to big and stopped me in the middle of it to let me know I couldn’t get sides with the chicken, I said I wanted the sides then she rudely gave me a price and I wasn’t done ordering. Never will I go back there and we love MR. Chicken. I tried to order sweet tea, which was on the menu and she was mad I ordered it. I said it’s on the menu and she said well it’s not my responsibility to remove it off the menu. We ended up leaving with no chicken because of her. So sad
