It says they open at 10am however I pull in the drive through at 1008 and sit there for a few minutes figured I’d give them time to get it together. 5min go by and not even a “welcome, please hold” so I go in and I ask if they’re open and are they accepting drive through orders, I get “I can put on a headset” ….”can”??? Are you all open or not!? 🤯

Mimi waited on us & she was sweet & efficient. She even added some fresh broccoli to my order.
She & another worker walked around to make sure to ask everyone if they needed anything.

I only order through uber eats and Grubhub and then I pick it up without having to talk to anyone. The SUGGESTIVE SELLING IS SO ANNOYING at this company. You’re making your employees miserable.

The food was really good overall and fresh and warm. The serving sizes are a decent size and I could not finish. The service was amazing the women serving us (Lillian) was very kind and energetic. When we were eating she seemed like she genuinely cared about our experience. The restaurant itself was very clean as well as the bathrooms. Overall the place was very nice. 5 stars.

The lower rating isnt because of the food and service. Both have been good for me (altho portion sizes could be bigger).

The lower rating is because is it really necessary to have your drive thru workers ask 5 million questions when placing an order. Are you using the app, do you wanna try this, how about this, do you wanna donate. Good lord i just wanna place my order and go lol. I get exhausted just hearing it.

I get suggestive selling but all this does is annoy the customers and the workers. Tone it down, management.
