Stopped here for lunch, one bowl of soup, which they put in a to-go cup. The girl behind the counter said they were out of bowls. And a smoothie cost me almost 18.00. Could have gone to a full-service restaurant for that price.

We will not return to Panera. The only item that was good was the French onion soup. My son ordered a bread bowl with soup and got about 5 bites of soup in it. My husbands sandwich had hardly any meat or toppings on it. The bread they serve as a side was cold and hard. Not worth the price at all.

Caiden the “manager” is a joke of an employee and i hate that he has a leadership title. He disrespected my mother like i’ve never seen happen when going out to eat. He was loud, condescending, and RUDE. He needs service training or something - even after the interaction between him and my mother, he was rude to his staff and demanded a meeting with his crew. I heard them all frustrated and scoffing. clearly, he is an absolute poor example of customer service. Panera is overpriced hospital food as is, but i’m not bout to have my mom be chewed out for not using a kiosk while she was patiently waiting and looking at the menu. What a joke of an employee.

The food at this location made me do a 360! Seriously I don't understand why it doesn't have higher ratings! The sandwich was WARM and ALL ingredients were FRESH! Kudos to this location, I will be coming here from now on.

I waited 15 minutes in the drive thru. I was at the window waiting that long. Half of tuna sandwich was ok. Skimpy. The Greek salad was below average. This is a half & half deal. Almost 12.00. Never again!

I'm from out of town and this was one of the best Panera's I've ever been to as far as quality of food. For some reason I feel like they gave me a little bit more but I'm not used to eating inside the Panera. I usually get takeout and it seems like the salads are much smaller when you get them that way
I got here on the late side -- 8pm. I would recommend that management empower the staff to just give customers a fruit cup if the baguettes run out. Don't sweat the 40 cents you might lose and instead keep the customer happy because not everyone likes kettle chips as the one and only replacement. Also, make sure tables and chairs have been cleaned. It was a little challening find a clean space to eat.

We waited at the counter for over 6 minutes for somebody to wait on us, there was no one ahead of us. I ordered a sandwich and they were all out of tomatoes at 2:30 in the afternoon. There were two of us, we don't like sugary beverages so we ordered water instead of a drink. Our bill for just 2 you pick 2's was $27. Way over priced. Never again.
