We waited at the counter for over 6 minutes for somebody to wait on us, there was no one ahead of us. I ordered a sandwich and they were all out of tomatoes at 2:30 in the afternoon. There were two of us, we don't like sugary beverages so we ordered water instead of a drink. Our bill for just 2 you pick 2's was $27. Way over priced. Never again.

Peace y’all. So I went on my 30 min. lunch break to get a 1/2 toasted chicken frontega & 1/2 caesar with chicken salad. Now this is something I order all the time. My order came to 14.78 decent price. So when I get back to work to eat & unbagged & unweapped my food I was highly disappointed. I asked for xtra dressing not in the bag, I asked for an apple got baguette bread. Then I bite my sandwich it seems off. They had no tomatoes & there was no basil on my sandwich it was just cheese, meat & the spread they use. Taste good but it was plain & more bread than meat & the fillings.h The employee who handed me my food was very pleasant and the restaurant was clean B.U.T (born universal truth) I didn’t come for that cause I just picked my order up. What I would’ve like no loved was for my food to be made properly. So I’m sad & feel I should’ve made me a salad for all this. Shame on me & you Panera. Today I give them a sound 5/10. Gotta pay closer attention when making orders.
The staff here is really friendly. The food is exactly what you would expect at Panera. The only downside is that there ends up being lots of groups that meet here and sometimes it is oppressively loud.

Kinda gross. My wife ordered too much food. Guy conducted a remote interview next to us for our whole dinner. Won't be back
Panera used to be so good in my opinion. The sandwich I had was so average, the bread was average not like super fresh with average flavor and the meat was just like out of a package. ( That's how it tastes ) And then the price, I go once a year they are so over priced, so maybe I'll try again next year.

This is a sliced bagel? Wow. Should have ask for my bagel to be cut. Cashiers need to learn the prices and explain when asked not just ring it up. (Unable to upload picture. Paper thin sliced off bagel. Probably a 1/8 cut off bagel.)

Ordered one thing. A lot of $$. Got order very wrong. Didn't give us half the stuff either. Fun.
Great place to study or meet with friends. I love the hazelnut coffee.
