I have not had a pizza from Romeo's Pizza Northfield Ohio in a while. Always enjoyed it, just a little expensive. I splurged and ordered two pizzas for pick up, they were horrible. Crust was thin(did not order thin crust) hard and overcooked. Called and spoke to the manager. He inferred it was my imagination. My imagination could not have come up with a pizza that inedible. He offered no solution or explanation or resolution. He also called me "bro"! I am not his brother. Thank God. How rude!!!

We have always ordered from Romeo’s and have never had any issues and have never had to complain. Today I ordered and my husband picked it up. Went to eat it and the pizza was overcooked. The crust was HARD and thin as what. My husband called to tell them about it, NICELY, and the man who answered simply said “then don’t order from here then.” RUDE. So my husband said he would be coming back up there with the pizza and this man preceded to say “come up here then,” and hung up. I then called to speak with the manager and this SAME MAN told me he WAS the manager and that my husband could come up there, and then HUNG UP ON ME TOO. I’m like blown that this man is in customer service and is supposed to be A MANAGER representing Romeo’s. RUDE FOR WHAT!? He said he never messes up a pizza, well SIR your pizza was CARDBOARD WITH CHEESE. If you like that and horrible customer service, that’s your man. I really liked going here and everyone else that I’ve run into there has been super nice, but it only takes one to ruin it.

First time ordering. Ordered half cheese half pepperoni pizza, jojos, and cheese bread. The picture is how the pizza looked when I opened the box. About three slices were completely without toppings, as it was stuck to the bottom of the other slices. The pizza we did eat was decent. I personally don’t prefer the sweetness of the sauce but it was ok otherwise. The jojos were seasoned and ok. I couldn’t really tell if there was actually cheese on the cheese bread. To be fair I did not call or give the restaurant a chance to make it better just because I wasn’t interested in getting a new pizza or anything else.

Apparently this Romeo's has changed their traditional crust, which was amazing ... to a thin crust! Yet charged similar / higher prices. Sounds like a way to save costs on their side ... and provide less pizza to their customers...

I'm not sure what yall are eating to give a positive review but what I had reminded me of toasted cardboard!! I would not recommend.

We've ordered pizza from Romeo's is the past and loved their service and food. We recently ordered 2 sheet pizzas for a family party, with delivery set up for a Saturday afternoon. I received a call from the manager an hour before the scheduled delivery advising that she didn't have a delivery driver. Instead of ruining our family party, the manager offered me a couple of options to make things right. We ended up picking up the pizzas a half hour after the phone call and the manager more than compensated us for the inconvenience. We'll definitely be back!

It's a pretty good pizza place. Not the best but definitely not the worst.

I ordered a pizza at around 938 pm Friday. As I walked up to the door, there was a person at the register, and door was locked. Another employee in the parking lot told me they were closed. It was 10:04 pm. I then at that exact time received a text saying my order was canceled. They both just watched me leave. At 1020 I called the employee, who claimed to be a manager, when I calmly spoke to him and asked why he wouldn't serve me the pizza, he just kept saying they were closed. I said I was there at 10:04, you could have just given me the pizza. I also informed him that the internet where I saw it said they are open until 11. He said, no it doesn't. I have included a screengrab of what I saw. I recently moved to Oakwood village and we order a pizza on Friday nights. Obviously this is a manager who needs some help with service skills. I informed him my time was wasted and he said, no one forced you to come here. Wow. Wow. Wish I could get away with that attitude at my job. My time was $10.00 My mileage at 65 cents a mile at 10 miles. Round trip is $6.5. I believe your company owes me $16.50. Please pay this amount and we can agree to never do business again.

If you like a sweet sauce & a great deal, I suggest their Bogo deal on Tuesdays! It's a regular treat for our family when taco Tuesday gets old.

Excellent pizza and on line ordering. Sauce is delicious and toppings are generous. Ready for pick up right on time. Cauliflower crust is very good.

I placed an online delivery order at 4:45 which estimated a 50 minute arrival time. When our pizza had not arrived by 6pm I called to check the status of our order. I was told the manager had tried to deliver the pizza but no one answered the door. When I explained we had a nest doorbell camera and no one had shown up to our door the gentleman on the line responded with “too bad I guess you aren’t getting your pizza” then proceeded to hang up on me. My husband then went to the store to show the doorbell camera and was then told that the manager who tried to deliver went to the wrong house. Absolutely AWFUL customer service. Will not be ordering from the Northfield store again.

Ordered pizza to our hotel. Delivery time was 50 minutes and took 100 minutes to come. I said “are you running behind.” She rudely said our delivery time was 90 minutes, which I replied I was told 50 if it was 90 we probably would have done something else. She said she could take it back and I said it was fine it is here we will take it, but it sounds like she should talk to her manager. She huffed at me and stated she was the manager and she could take the order back. I handed the tip to my son and she said, “F@ck you, you f@cking bi@tch.” Food was okay, but only luke warm. I have never been talked to like that before and all for asking if they were running late. I delivered pizzas before, I know it can suck but if you are late, just say sorry we are behind, you don’t swear at your customers.
