My husband and I went to the Brunswick, Ohio location on Monday evening, April 28, 2025 around 7:45pm. When we got in line there was a family of four ahead of us who had already ordered. There was one young lady handling the walk-up customers, meanwhile there was a young man who appeared to be the manager and five other employees handling the drive-thru! My husband and I waited 12 minutes while the orders for the family ahead of us were prepared and our order for two cones was taken! I asked the young lady who took our order point blank about drive-thru verses walk-up. She admitted that the drive-thru is first priority! Seriously…why aren’t ALL CUSTOMERS FIRST PRIORITY!!! We’re Strongsville residents and I won’t drive to Brunswick again! YOU LOST OUR BUSINESS AND OUR IMMEDIATE FAMILY’S BUSINESS PERMANENTLY!!! Our two large custard cones were nothing like the old Honey Hut ice cream and their service was much better, as well!!!

Your Macedonia store staff is not good if I pay good money to you guys you have to give me my good stuff not give the bad stuff I pay for topics. She give me very little bit then I just keep it and she’s behavior is not good ice cream.
