I ordered the lasagna, there was no ricotta cheese in it, it was piled with all mozzarella, you couldn't eat it, everything stuck to it, I used to get it from old restaurant and it was good, my husband's dinner was good, he got veal marsala. Service was good.
Wow! G (the owner) makes a pie (Sicilian style) to die for. A deep dish style pizza even the likes of El Pres would be giving it a high rating. The redone restaurant gives off an excellent atmosphere and a great middle ground between a turn and burn sports bar'n'grill and an expensive night out downtown. The dining menu has a lot of great options, and that extends to the wine/cocktails as well. I highly recommend stopping by and supporting a local, family owned business...
Got the large sausage and pepperoni stuffed pizza. Love the concept but way too dry inside ... Needs more sauce. If ordering again would get a side of marinara sauce but they should fix it.
