Pricey but I love my espresso shots

They make the best peppermint mocha around. I'll pass the stand alone down the street and walk in just for this locations service and product. Im not even there for Target. It just tastes the best here, like back when Starbucks still cared about the product.
One employee? Take your time, I see you and respect the process.
The line? Don't care, ill wait.
Park and walk in? Sure, it's worth having it done right the first time.

Slowest service I’ve ever experienced at a Starbucks. Four people in line took 30 minutes.

Terrible customer service. Waited 5 minutes for the barista to make one drink for the person ahead of me. Waited almost 5 more minutes for her to get my simple order of one venti iced Americano done, which she made incorrectly. Bought a holiday thermal cup twice asking her to use my points. She rang it up and charged me instead. Which caused my app to auto refill which defeated the point of using my points. Then she walked away and another barista said she would take care of it. 5 minutes later the other barista said she couldn't figure it out, tried to blame me, though I had repeatedly asked the previous barista to bring it up using points which is not a problem at any other location. The second barista finally incorrectly told me after all this time that I would have to walk over to Target customer service and wait in line to have the incorrect Starbucks charge on my Starbucks app resolved. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

The worst service I have ever received at a Starbucks. Staff were unhelpful, indifferent and unfriendly. Couldn't get a simple cup of tea and black coffee made properly, how much easier does it get than a tea and coffee?

This is always a very busy Starbucks. If you're going to order here, know that it's going to be busy inside and outside but the staff does keep up with it.

SLOW! I understand that everyone is understaffed, but just know that if you place your order online, you will be waiting AT LEAST 30 mins for a single drink. So go in with that mindset and you wont get frustrated. Today, I had to wait for 41 mins for 2 drinks...

Understaffed. And I get it. It’s like that everywhere! So I was understanding in the wait.One worker was pouring water for like 10 minutes, put on her apron and walked away? And left an older woman to make the drinks.I waited a half hour because there is no Starbucks near me and I had a gift card. A HALF HOUR, for the barista to make 6 drinks. 3 of which were macchiatos. And as I watched them(because I had time to kill waiting) they were made wrong. Macchiato usually has espresso on top and milk on bottom.She poured coffee in to cups then added milk. Then I finally get up to order and order a refresher. I waited in line that long to be told “hey everyone we don’t have this and this including whipped cream etc. and only have the kiwi refresher.” If you’re going to run out of stuff, or don’t have things, PLEASE post a sign?? Or even a post it on the plastic barrier so people can read? Or magnets up that block out what’s out of stock. I probably won’t be dealing with Starbucks, and for sure won’t go to this one.

They where out of EVERYTHING and they didn’t know how to make anything so whatever they did have they didn’t k ow how to make it I asked for a hot caramel Brulé latte and a grande and I didn’t even taste caramel in it it was just all espresso there wasn’t even whip cream on it and the app wasn’t working so you couldn’t even use points or anything like that or get your stars
