Wouldda been better off dining at longhorns. Steaks over cooked. Brussels sprouts under cooked. Just horrible

I started with a dry gin martini that was perfection. I ordered the Caesar salad and the fillet. The filet was cooked to perfection. I wasn't a fan of the Caesar dressing but the salad was crisp and fresh. The carrot cake is amazing. Excellent experience, service, and food.

Anthony B. (Aka/ Tony) gives AWSOME customer service and friendly service with a SMILE. Very knowledgeable on the mixology.
The Onion Soup is served hot and very delicious 😋.
The chocolate four layer cake definitely is the jack pot here!

I had the best experience at Valleys Edge Steak and Seafood! The service Mike provided was excellent 10 out of 10. He provided the best service and a great fun personality! I will definitely be returning very soon. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who's interested in a great experience, great food, and excellent service by MIKE!

This restaurant is truly a hidden gem. Food was amazing and offers a great drink/wine menu. Services were exceptional and the atmosphere is very welcoming. Surprisingly, the restaurant was very quiet for being located in a casino. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

My husband and I dined at Valley’s Edge Steak and Seafood Restaurant recently and it was a delightful experience! The onion rings were amazing, his Grouper Fillet and veggies were great and my Pan Seared Chicken with veggies was delicious! We loved the rolls too. Kudos to the kind server and Chef who made sure I could have this dish made without olive oil, since I am allergic. It was absolutely delicious made with butter! They made sure my allergy didn’t ruin my dining experience. Thank you! We will be back.

When this restaurant was Kosars, it turned into my favorite restaurant, the name changed and we still enjoyed it for the most part, tonight we went in my husband order a steak medium well, yes we were prepared for it to be cooked darker, they gave us this steak burnt ( the grill was not cleaned before the steak was put on it) the middle was rare it was the worst experience, this is suppose to be a higher end restaurant I can’t believe a chef would even plate that.. unfortunately for valley edge they lost a customer, from the reviews and the lack of patrons I don’t think this restaurant is going to make it.

The main guy in charge Tony was more worried about people he knew that to give me any attention. I ordered a filet mignon medium rare and it was very well done basically burnt with no flavor. Spent a 100 dollars here for terrible service on Tony and food. The host and a lady Sabrina were very nice. I feel bad for them having to have to work with him.

My hubby and I had dinner last night and the food did not disappoint. The lobster bisque was full of lobster meat, the clams were so good and the prime rib was good, although surprisingly smoky. Our server insisted on taking our order all at once and promised she would wait to deliver the main course until we were ready. Unfortunately, the prime rib was delivered before we were even half way thru our appetizers. I absolutely hate feeling rushed when we are dining and that alone is enough to wreck what would’ve otherwise been a good experience.

Definitely had to change and update from my last visit from a 2 star to a 5 star it was such a great experience. The food was cooked perfectly and the staff experience was definitely one of a kind. Everyone there that was working just took the time to make sure our experience was great. Definitely a huge turn around from when it first opened great work and thank you for such a great time !

Excellence!!! My husband had the Fruitti de Mare, he said the rolls taste homemade like his mother’s; and I had the Chilean Sea Bass both entrees were most delicious and prepared with perfection.
