I haven't been to the Oregon Applebee's for quite a while but just stepping in tells me I won't be going back for a while as well. I immediately could tell that this place needs help. The doors/glass were dirty. The rug's dirty. The overall smell of the whole inside of that building smelled like it needed a good cleaning. Actually I think it could use some renovation. It needs a face-lift. I hope the company will consider it because it's at a great location & the food is good. The workers were very nice, but I could see they were low on staff as well. Applebee's has a lot to offer, I just hope that this one can keep running. What's going help it out is getting a cleaner brighter atmosphere.

My food was way over salted and under cooker rice asked 3 times for queso cheese for the undercooked dry Spanish rice and it was never brought out to me. We have 3 people all ordered a water and a mixed drink took almost 20 minutes and no one at the bar except the one customer im guessing was barmaid boyfriend

My husband ordered the fish and chips. His fish was still partially frozen. Server took it back brought out another plate, but no tarter sauce. Had to ask to get that. I ordered the beef nachos for my meal. It only had a few pieces on it. I started crunching up the chips. I had a few bites, but something in it tasted spoiled. I couldn't eat them. Told the server about the nachos. He said he had to talk to his manager.

Ribs and fries tasted like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for a long time. Server disappeared after my food was served for a long time. I had to wait outside the kitchen to get someone's attention to pay my bill when I was ready to go.

Tool forever to get seated ( understandable).Waitress took forever to get our orders and over 50 minutes to get our food.

Went there yesterday on Easter on our way home. There was barely anybody in there, which is understandable given it was Easter, so there is NO reason at all why our food would be cold for any reason. Waitress would not come to our table. Took forever for our condiments or to get a fresh drink. I honestly can not say that even 1 thing there was good. We all left Hangry and tired. I would have tried to talk to a manager, but to get any service was a chore. Nothing was cooked right, so disappointing and so sick of spending my hard earned money on food that should be cooked right to begin with! Plenty of people/employees walking around doing nothing, so under staffed is NOT the case.

It was ok. Our server was not very attentive. She was gone for a LONG while shortly after we got our food. There was lots of time when there were NO Servers on the floor. We couldn't get attention from anyone for help.
Our food was ok. The Mexican rice was bland this night, sadly. I've had this dish many times in my life, so I was surprised it wasn't better.
Admittedly, my son is a fussy eater, but he didn't care for his dish. He wanted more sauce, and ordered extra when he ordered. I told the server he likes a LOT of extra sauce. She brought a 2 oz. ramekin, not filled. So he didn't eat much waiting for more sauce. We also waited a looooong time for our meal.
I don't expect it, but I always appreciate a manager or other employee checking in on our visit.
