Steaks are always over oooked. Ordered medium. Was well done. This is the 2nd time this hS happened. While server offered to have it redone I don't belive it would have made a difference ce since this the 2nd time in a row that this has happened. The steaks are thing and don't require much cooking

I cannot tell you how disappointed I was with the service! I ordered delivery service two hours in advance. I have no idea when the food was delivered. It was a half hour late and just sat on a very cold porch until I discovered it. No call, no knock on the door...nothing. I even tried to call Applebee's to find out why my dinner was late. They never answered the phone. Of course I had to reheat the food, it was refrigerator cold. After this I can assure you I would not recommend Applebee's delivery food.

Only thing good was the dip and bread sticks pasta was over cooked and mushy pasta had no flavor very bland. I could never eat there again it was definitely disgusting.

Update 12/27/25 we had a great server but we left more food than we ate is it really that hard to serve food than people can eat had to send broccoli and cheese back because it looked like it was sitting under the warmer for a few days....We tried Applebee's again and it's still terrible food and service..... they're trying to make a few people happy at the bar area with such terrible music not fit for kids...

We had a great experience Deandre’s was an excellent waitress very attentive and took care of me and my g f right away. The food was fantastic we had the 2/35 meals and the steaks tasted fantastic. Medium well and medium rare .
