I usually stop in here a couple times a month for lunch and usually everything is great. However, while I was eating my sandwich I discovered it tasted a little off. I inspected the sandwich and to my surprise my bottom bun looked like it had been dropped on the floor and then used. Could be mold or dirt I’m not 100% sure so I’ll let the photo speak for itself. (I know it’s not burnt from the bun toaster)

Darin is absolutely the worst manager to deal with. The food was cold. My order was incorrect. Im surprised this place hasnt burnt down. Would not recommend taking your kids, Darin freaked them out.

Thank GOD this guy wasn’t the one who worked drive thru and prepared my food. He kept picking his nostril and wiping it on his shirt. I came home and decided NOT to eat the meal I was grossed out. 🤢

Third time I've ordered from these morons and they can't seem to fill my DoorDash order. Last time I actually went through the drive throu it took forever as well.... And food was lo par! Don't see how they are modifying their building and surroundings when they provide terrible food and even the worsen service. Irregardless if this location is franchise or corporation, it needs to be closed down! Completely worthless and just taking up space! Most certainly isn't providing consumers with anything but nasty food and headaches! You all who read my reviews and follow me know that I provide fair and accurate reviews....

Good: Fries were nice and hot, Classic RB was good. Several employees asked if they could get any extras. Bad: Took a long time to get sandwiches (no other customers). Got diet Dr P instead of regular. They corrected when I noticed. Previous customer walked in while I was waiting, they had left his burger out of his order. Nice employees but not run very well.
