Sow getting seated resturant 3/4 empty seen over 50 people leave because of the 20 min wait to just get seated was over 10 people working that we could see . Looks like management dropped the ball. Lost lots of business

This lunch was a great visit with a good friend. It was made even more fun by our fantastic waitress! We watched her interact with a young family and a little boy who was not having his best day. She had him laughing between his tears.

The food was pretty good! i got the Legendary Turkey Sandwich, It reminded me of the subway sandwich i like to order at subway. It was delicious! The server was nice and a good server.

The best Bob Evans in the area. They always have the full menu available in the morning (I don’t love breakfast food so it’s awesome to get chicken & mashed potatoes at 8:00am). Getting seated can be slow sometimes but every time I go to other Bob Evans’ in the area I find myself comparing it to this one 😂
If I could give zero stars I would. We went inside and there was no place to sit or stand. We went back to our car and called to see what the wait time would be. When I was told 30 minutes I then asked if I could give my name and he said yes. When my family and I went back in to let them know we was there, he said, that our name was called and when we didn't come they scratch out our name. We was told we would have to wait another 30 minutes because there was other people ahead of us. He informed me that there was no such thing as a reservation with Bob Evans. I asked why I was not told this on the phone, he then said you can wait or leave. We come every Sunday , but after this never again! Bob Evans, you need to do better by training your staff. We will be finding a new place now.

Our first visit here yesterday, the server was I had a little bit of attitude to begin with but ended positive.
Today however we had Dawn who was just happy and energetic and an amazing service throughout the entire visit. She was so good I actually took 20% on top of the $50 gift card that I bought with our meal to make sure she had a really nice tip for the day.
Thank you Dawn for making our last day in town that much better with an amazing breakfast!

What can you say about Bob Evans the food is home town and the flavor is like mama's the only thing I would comment on negatively is the person who greets and seats you , it's almost a trend that they act like they don't want to be there and nine out of ten times all they say is how many and that's even not said very welcoming once past thenm the rest is all good.
