Our first visit here yesterday, the server was I had a little bit of attitude to begin with but ended positive.
Today however we had Dawn who was just happy and energetic and an amazing service throughout the entire visit. She was so good I actually took 20% on top of the $50 gift card that I bought with our meal to make sure she had a really nice tip for the day.
Thank you Dawn for making our last day in town that much better with an amazing breakfast!

What can you say about Bob Evans the food is home town and the flavor is like mama's the only thing I would comment on negatively is the person who greets and seats you , it's almost a trend that they act like they don't want to be there and nine out of ten times all they say is how many and that's even not said very welcoming once past thenm the rest is all good.

Went for dinner and there was hardly anyone there, yet we still had lousy service. 2 of my brothers in law sat with empty glasses without the waitress bringing refills. The food wasn’t good. My rolls were hard and dried out, and they should’ve been embarrassed serving the macaroni and cheese that was brought out. It was bland and dry, and didn’t look appetizing in the least. The waitress brought refills after she brought the food, and never came back to check on us until it was time to bring the bills. I’ve noticed a lot lately how empty the parking lot has been during times they should be busy, and now I know why. This place is gone downhill exponentially in the last couple years.

We had a wonderful waitress and served us fenomonally. We had French toast, honey butter chicken, and turkey and dressing with carrots. I could not cut the honey butter chicken and it was dry. (Would not recommend) The French toast was ok, really mushy and eggy in the middle. ( would recommend) The turkey and dressing was amazing and the carrots were too. (very highly recommended) The atmosphere was good, there was some nice wall signs but no music and the seating was nice with clean walls and clean floors. Bathrooms were ok floors were dirty by stall. Overall : It was a ok experience.

$5 for a garden salad that only had 4 leaves of lettuce. The bowl wasn't even halfway full. Then I paid $8.99 for a full chicken noodle soup. I get it home, and it's like the bottom of the pan. Everything falling apart from cooking to long and so MUCH grease on top and through it. So much for dinner. My kids had an upset stomach.

There were maybe 8 tables of customers when we went in. Mostly 2 and a few 4 tops. There were four servers and 1 cook, and our party of 2 was asked to wait 10 minutes to be seated so they could catch up. I'm guessing 75% off the restaurant was empty. Breads were not warm. Wildfire chicken salad was comprised largely of corn and spinich leaves. On a positive note, the smaller portion of the turkey diner was good. Our server, Sam, was prompt and friendly.

No butter on toast long weight not busy what so ever. And they charge 4.09 for a half cup of oj and charge you for a refill thats high way robbery if you ask me. You can get a hole gallon for that price of oj and shity waitress. Big boys is way better and way cheaper and they give you refills on drink

It was not busy. Seating was very slow for the business they had. I ordered tea to drink. My glass was not full and the tea was old, in the urn too long. I asked for honey for my biscuits, she did not bring any. There was no order in the restaurant. And a bunch of head scratching and hair fixing to be around food or serving food.
