The service was great. Refreshing actually. However my food was cold. Yuck

My family and me went to get food there, $45 worth of food. First they forgot the taste tots, and they was sitting right in front of them, we ordered (6) six total burgers, 2 were double bacon cheeseburgers, 2 were reg hamburgers with ketchup only. I receive my bags, then go to my car to realize they didn't put bacon on either of the bacon bitters and both hamburgers had everything, I then take them back in to get it fixed, they give me been and I go back to car to find out they have me two bacon cheeseburgers with only one patty, I then had to go back to correct the order once again. Finally they got the order correct but the order was so cold the cheese would not melt and bacon was extremely cold, I have had to go in 3 times by now so I cut my losses and try to contact their corporate offices, we usually use the app, but the app was down when we went to order so we had to order inside and didn't get the receipt for the order, only to realize they will not help without my receipt. Would not recommend it and it is another reason burger kings are closing all scross the country.

I have to say. Burger King is one of my favorite restaurants. When I need something to eat when im on the road. Being an Uber driver, you sometimes get something to eat on the go. And the Northwood location by far is the best in curdicy, service, and food preparation in Lucas County, Ohio. The Statehouse bacon burger was Bomb. This goes out to the Wednesday night crew.

The burgers were cold. The cheese hadn't melted at all. The fries were undercooked.
If we were dining in, I would have brought all of the food back up to the counter. We were just trying to get some food and get back on the road home.

We must need college educated people to work here for the orders to be correct. The order was 2 chicken sandwiches 1 chicken nugget with 2 fries 1 onion ring. Got 3 out of the 5. It's sad that people still can't read an order screen

The food was what you expect from burger King except it was actually hot like fresh made. The staff there is great! Super friendly, happy and fun, like they actually like to work there and want to share that. The atmosphere was my car. I went through the drive through each time I went there and never went inside so I don't know how it was inside.
Just went through this drive thru and had an amazing experience. Ordering was pleasant. The ladies at both windows were very nice. The order was just right when I got it. And it was very quick. I've had a lot of meh experience at various locations and this was definitely top notch! Good job guys! Definitely made me want to come back! Thanks!
