I stopped by the Big Boy on Woodville rd on Northwood oh on 8-29-2025. Server was Kurt. Ticket # 1233 @ 3:33 pn I ordered a Big Boy Jr. Sandwich thru the drive thru. All I can say is what a DISSAPOINMENT. The sandwich was ice cold.. it was like the pattie was made up ahead of time and just slapped on a bun the cheese wasn't even melted.

Worst experience I have had. We ordered the mozzarella sticks. They tasted like rubber and not like cheese. It was disgusting. THEN, I get my entree, an open faced roast beef. I started eating it and it tasted funny. After flipping the roast beef over, there was green on it!! Why was the roast beef green!!??? And it also tasted like rubber. Boyfriend said the mens bathroom was also dirty and disgusting. We ended up leaving. This establishment needs someone to come in take over. Absolutely horrible and do NOT recommend!
