Slow service , server didn't know kids ate free on Monday till we questioned our bill, ranch has carrots in it GROSS, and the worse part of allwas no more salad bar...which was the main reason for our visit..

Felt depressing. Employees there were quite old, pretty much everyone was over the age of 60, which is not normally a big deal but it was also dirty at the time. I ordered a Big Boy burger and onion rings. The burger was alright and the onion rings were crumbly but it was a 6/10. But then, after, it was painful. We were on a long road trip and this dumb burger sat for like 4 hours and I could still taste it like 6 hours after. It was gross. The standards here should be higher.

I really used to love coming here but man has this place went down hill. I hadn't been here in probably a year because the last time we went I paid with my card, and the waitress tried giving herself a way bigger tip thinking that I wouldn't notice the price difference between the computer screen and my receipt because I had my 2 kids with me. Joke was on her, we stood there for probably 45 minutes telling this woman and the manager they took the wrong amount, only for them BOTH to tell me they didn't charge my card at all. I lovey had to call my bank right in front of them and put it on speaker so the bank employee could tell them they 1000000% took my money. Almost an hour for them to correct the amount and refund the amount taken. So we didn't go back for a long time. Cut to yesterday and we decided it would be a nice treat, I was paying with cash this time because of obvious reasons. And I'm glad I did because it was the SAME waitress who waited on us. Can't believe she is still employed there. The restaurant was very dirty and our table was sticky. Bit I guess I'll take a dirty table over being robbed by the waitress.

We haven't seen a big boy in at least 20 years in our area. What a find. We were so excited. The food was awesome. The staff was on it- made for a great experience. I wish the bathroom was a little cleaner. But overall memories were jarred, and the special was better than any McDonald's meal would've been..
