Ordered a meal for delivery, expecting normal delivery times for this restaurant (20-30 minutes, max). 30 minutes later I get a text saying the restaurant chose to use uber for my delivery. Took my food well over an hour to arrive, was ice cold (I ordered the toasted sub option) instructions were not followed. Uber driver did not get the tip I gave to the restaurant for my delivery. So now I have cold food that should have been warm, warm food that should’ve been cold. And the frustration that could’ve been avoided if the restaurant would’ve just called me and said “we can’t deliver your order”

I don't know how this is freaky fast. I've been sitting and drive through, waiting for them to take my money for the last 10 minutes. I will not be coming back. Not sure, but I'm watching this lady. And she moves like a snail, making the sandwiches.

A veggie sub, should include veggies that are not already going bad. Why you would serve a customer that is beyond me. Gross and inedible. This location doesn't care about the quality of their food at all clearly. Also, it's a veggie sub. It shouldn't have more bread than veggies. Thanks for nickel and diming the customer. If I want JJ's I'll be sure to stop at a different location from now on before heading home.

I just picked up my order in the drive-thru. I exclusively order from this location and it has been a couple months since. In the past it's always been super smooth and people at the window usually always seemed really chill and nice. They've even given me tips on how to save money here. One time I was indicated not to stop at the speaker since there is a pickup sign over the window. I assumed I was told to do that to save time, or figured that they have some kind of drive thru monitor. Well just now, I pulled in and waited behind somebody else picking up their order. After they pulled off, I pulled up to the window pretty much instantly. I waited there for a while, like 5 to 10 minutes. I looked in my rearview and there were three cars behind me, to be honest I've never even seen a car behind me here. The window opens and the gentleman seemed pretty nice, but off in the background some chick hollered at me, clearly aggravated "Make sure you pull up to the speaker, cuz we don't know you're there." Was kind of surprised by the tone, and the window slammed before I could respond. Bruh, you work somewhere with a drive thru in direct view of your prep area, Turn your head, or cry more. The dude apologized and gave me extra chips. I had tried to tell him that before the employees told me to skip the speaker, but he kept shutting the window and I don't really know if that was intentional or not. Thankfully he realized that he almost didn't give me my drink and got that to me as well. Maybe he was stressed because his coworker is such a rude jackass? Was kind of off-putting for my first interaction of the day. They should probably remove the giant thumbs up pointing right at the damn drive thru that says PICK-UP. Idk man, just seemed like some unnecessary passive aggression lol.

I have never had an issue with the accuracy of an order but I have had an issue with them being out of things a few time, although they have always made it right. If you need quick above average food this place is a thumbs up from me. Facility was clean and well maintained, parking lot is a bit of a mess the way it's set up.

Not very satisfied, as I couldn't get what I wanted and settled for something different. The sandwich was made good, but the bread was very hard. My very first time going to a Jimmy John's. So I was not impressed and doubt I'll ever go back. It was about 6pm so it was not a late-night. Employees were nice but I seemed to struggle with my order and they weren't very helpful or accommodating.

If you have not tried their subs, you should. They are better than subway. You can order and eat in there.
