Was the only one in the drive thru, for a few minutes. I was at the window, a car behind me now, another ordering. They hand me a bag, say I'm all set. However I ordered 2 items. A large lemonade and a 6 piece nugget. He never handed me a drink. So I mentioned I had a lemonade too. He tells me I didn't. I said yeah, I repeated my order he says that wasn't my order, as he's looking at a screen.
I go to grab my phone, it's a mobile order, still shows on the app. O look in the bag, I see multiple items, fries etc. I said this isn't even mine. Someone else said something he tells them I claim that's not my order, and what I said my order was, as he points to the screen saying something else. The other person snapped just get what he says he ordered then. As if I'm making it up, it's right there on the app, they didn't want to see when offered.
When I got it, food was good, lemonade not bad, not as good as my others from different locations. Had they been friendly, and got the order right, it would have been 5 stars.

Stood at counter to order 15 minutes without anyone willing to take my order. I left. I'm a regular customer here who prefers to pay cash. Kiosk does not take cash. I'm here 3-5 times a week. this happens almost every time I'm here. Management will not serve you if you pay cash. This is discrimination. I thought the customer was always right. If local management will not address my concerns I will take my issues to corporate management!

We just ordered breakfast here. We moved last night and have no food yet so we got mcdonalds for breakfast. Unfortunately the hashbrowns were cooked in old oil and not at the right temperature so they are mushy, very dark, and no crunch at all. the burritos were so overcooked they were brown on the tortilla and like leather. The sausage was way over cooked in the hotcakes meal. Lastly, my husband's sausage, egg and cheese mcmuffin had no egg! I'm not sure what's going on, but we spend 33 dollars on things we can't eat unfortunately.

Don’t waste your time going if after midnight. Says open 24hrs but this is the 2nd time I’ve drove there after midnight and place order on app and they say “doordash orders” only and cancel my order.

I am giving this location a 1 star, for 2 reasons, #1 major big reason is walking into the entrance long Woodville road, employees standing there smoking. Getting a face full of smoke walking into the building and out of the building is nasty, and you can also smell it in the drive through 10 feet away. . #2 reason is I watch an employee spit into the trash can next to the freezer with the burgers, long string of slobber hanging from his mouth as he leaned back over the freezer to close it, and never changes his gloves, whipped his mouth or washed his hands after. I ordered a drink only, and left. I am not on this side of town much, but if I do come over here, I will go to the location on Navarre ave from now on if I stop to get McDonald’s in Oregon Ohio. Managment please so better and take pride in your store. Pretty sure Ohio law states a 30+ ft radius for any smoking from any entrance to any establishment. And employees shouldn’t be smoking by a front door in public view, customers do not want to see, or smell that walking into, or while sitting in the drive through window. You never know if someone has a medial condition that can be triggered by smoking. And please teach your employees better hygiene and customer service, watching your staff seem so miserable while working makes the whole atmosphere of the restaurant come down. It’s
To add as I was driving away the employee who spit into the trash can, was outside smoking in this apron used for cooking. If i remember correctly and I’m pretty sure I do, there a major health code violation. And I’m sure he went back inside and never stopped at a sink to wash his hands either. Do your selves a favor and avoid this McDonald’s, and Managment you need fired!!!!

I go to this McDonalds out of all the others around, even if it’s out of my way, because the service is quicker, the staff is friendlier, and the food has better quality. This isn’t the case 100% of the time, but 8/10, they’re better than any other McDonalds in the surrounding area.
