Your manager Seth is dreadful. I have actively seen him throw equipment across the kitchen at staff and physically and verbally abuse them on multiple different occasions. Please contact me and I would love to elaborate on this for you. Today my husband came in and picked up our order and he actively had to sit and wait in the dining room for 20 minutes as Seth yelled at the grill cook for apparently not going quick enough, for Seth. The cash person came up and said that our order was almost ready, but Seth threw away something because the cook simply didn’t wrap it quick enough so we had to wait.

Wow rude service drive thru didn’t know that had shareable deals and what’s the point of training employees if they don’t put the sandwich bun on the counter instead of the sandwich wrapper 1144am as of writing this. Wow so much for cleanliness
I used the kiosk, ordered to dine at the restaurant, I didn't get a receipt which typically has the order number. A girl at the counter handed me my cup and i went to the fountain, some guy screamed an order number incoherently (I was several feet away and the only one in the restaurant at the time and still could not decipher what he said), and placed a bag on the shelf. I expected too much as I waited for at least a tray of food to arrive on the shelf. After a long wait, I go up to check the food in the bag. Sure enough it was mine. Fries were cold, and the big mac was super dry. The buns were stale, and it was difficult to eat. Also i went up to the fountain for a refill, and there were two employees blocking me and taking their time to get drinks. There was definitely room to share, but it almost felt like they were intentionally preventing me from getting a refill. It was really odd. I strongly advise against this restaurant for those reasons. There's no excuse for all that.

I waited 25 minutes after I received food to receive my smoothie. Another person in there waited 10 minutes for a soft drink. And this is the 2nd time I have had 2 wait way longer than should have for something at this location. I will never return. If im gonna get McDonald's ill pass this location and go 2 the next closest 1.
