Stood at counter to order 15 minutes without anyone willing to take my order. I left. I'm a regular customer here who prefers to pay cash. Kiosk does not take cash. I'm here 3-5 times a week. this happens almost every time I'm here. Management will not serve you if you pay cash. This is discrimination. I thought the customer was always right. If local management will not address my concerns I will take my issues to corporate management!

I go to this McDonalds out of all the others around, even if it’s out of my way, because the service is quicker, the staff is friendlier, and the food has better quality.
This isn’t the case 100% of the time, but 8/10, they’re better than any other McDonalds in the surrounding area.
