We ordered pick up yesterday (8/12) around 8:30ish the 2 staff didn’t seem like they completely knew what they were doing and were all over the place with making the orders and after going home and trying the subs the vegetables tasted like they were covered in chemicals they tasted like straight cleaner and burned our mouths and when calling they said they can’t do anything for us to just write a review.
Never have ice in the ice machine and half of the pop selection is always out!
I ordered a breakfast sub online, when leaving the restraunt I always check my food. The flatbread was so hard I couldn't even bite through it. The girl working remade me a new one, which was great. Left the restraunt again, and realized she didn't add my ham. There was no sorry and no refund, I was given 6 sliced of hams heated to place and my barley warm sandwhich.
Ordered thru the subway app when I arrived they had no record of the order even tho I had the receipt on my phone. Was told id have to pay for it again. So I left, jimmy took it upon himself to make it right. He is what customer service should be!! 100000% deserves a raise for how he handled the situation!! Don’t skip this subway!
Amazing sandwiches everytime!
Ordered food from door dash and I literally couldn't eat any of it. The sub was soggy with entirely too much mustard and mayo. The pretzel stick thing was hard as rock and I couldn't even bite into it. Ridiculous. This place is trash.

Instantly felt sick after eating bread that barely looked cooked. They were not following first in first out rules for food, just throwing packs of cheese in pans that already had old cheese in it.
DONT eat here unless you wanna throw up.

We go to this subway alot. But beware if you use the app to order!!! I was charged for my order then got a call that they were out of wraps so I canceled My order but was still charged and trying to contact someone for my refund has been a hassle! Apparently they can't just make my order for me that I already paid for i have to contact another number for a refund but that just goes to a voicemail everytime!!! I won't be using the app for orders anymore because this is ridiculous! Makes no sense that they can't just make my order that they charged me for!!

Went to Subway to get a sub double meat deluxe got it home and said where's the meat very disappointed in it I think I'll go to mancino's for $12 for their sub twice as good ?
