It should be common courtesy when someone's pays for something like jalapeño which don't cost the company much to give them more than 4 and 2 halves? But what should I expect when the rest of the proportions is terrible, either this Taco Bell is skimping out or the one I went to on Alexis is over piling it on high. Either way pretty disappointing for what I paid . This is my hard earned money I deserve as a customer to get what's advertised and what I paid for .

Alliyah P went above and beyond truly one of the few who still care about good service. My wife and I stopped by this Taco Bell drive thru not long ago, and I felt like I should share our experience after seeing that harsh review about Alliyah P. We were actually helped by her not too long ago, and I can confidently say she was nothing but polite, professional, and attentive. She greeted us warmly, double-checked our order, and even apologized for a short wait — which honestly wasn’t long at all. You can tell when someone genuinely takes pride in their work, and Alliyah definitely does. While some of the other employees seemed distracted or just ready to get through the rush, she was focused and respectful, making sure every customer was handled properly. That kind of attitude stands out nowadays. It’s unfair when people post extreme comments after one small issue, especially when they don’t realize how hectic drive-thru work can get during busy hours. My wife even mentioned how refreshing it was to see someone her age working with that level of care and professionalism. We had no problems with our order everything was right, hot, and served with a smile. It’s sad to see someone try to tear down an employee who’s clearly doing her best and treating people well. Alliyah P deserves recognition, not criticism. We’ll definitely be coming back to this location again, and I hope management knows how lucky they are to have someone like her on the team

So I just ran my daughter to the drive through, and we had to deal with Alliyah P, I hated this experience, order your food, give them money, and collect your food, this normally is a fast and easy task. Not with her as a cashier, it was unrealisticly, horrible. She had such a BS attitude, it made the atmosphere horrible, she crinkled up my receipt, messed up twice on our order. I will seriously take this into consideration, when my daughter wants Taco Bell again, and most likely go out of my way to another location, before I will have to chance dealing with her, ever again. & I strongly believe that she shouldn't have the opportunity to work with the public ever again. I just hope she doesn't have an effect on her co-workers, there job is hard enough as is & shouldn't have to suffer on the inside over a disgruntle, employee.

Today the food was made good. Very friendly and helpful staff. Bring back the actual large drinks to earn a full 5 star visit. I would also like the bigger burritos, the 1/2 lb. Bring back the combo burrito. Grill the tortillas before making the burritos.

So they forgot one of my soft tacos i feel like betrayed the late night taco didn’t hit because they forgot one of my soft tacos

I'm sticking with the value menu these days. Service is great!! They've done something with their beef and its taste has changed. Not for the better. The new crispy chicken is delicious!!
